Everything about this property was excellent! I gave 4 stars in cleaning because some dishes were not really clean y we found a water bottle next to the bed. We loved the kitchen.

La estancia ha sido inmejorable, el estudio es muy funcional y tal como se muestra en las fotos. El personal es muy amable y siempre al pendiente. Vale la pena hospedarse aqui si deseas visitar la ciudad y conocerla a pie

Todo muy bien sobre la propiedad sin embargo sugiero poner más indicaciones para llegar como nombre de l estación de tren más cercano y número de tram y que nos perdimos y tardamos más de dos horas en llegar

Bonito pero escondido
El hotel y las habitaciones estaban muy bonitas, agradables, amplias y limpias, también está cerca del centro de Gante, lo único “malo” fue que el hotel se encuentra en una calle muy chiquita y sola, pero todo lo demás estuvo bien, la cocineta y sala de estar muy bien

La ubicación es muy buena, el lobby bonito. La reservación era para 3 personas y la tercera era un sofá cama que no estaba tendido, lo cual creo que si avisas desde antes deberían tenerlo listo. La recámara estaba amplia pero la funda de la almohada estaba manchada y el lavaplatos igual. Pedimos cambio de recámara y nos la dieron a una que estaba limpia, pero una de las camas tenía un olor parecido a la marihuana. El servicio fue bueno y el personal muy amable, el hotel es bonito.

Perdí mucho tiempo ya que no hay nadie que hable español difícilmente hablan inglés y no te ayudan no hay personal antes de las cinco de la tarde ni después de las 10 de la noche! Está muy bien ubicado pero desafortunadamente tuvimos que cargar nuestras maletas ya que no pudimos dejarlas en resguardo

Un lugar para pasar las mejores vacaciones en Ghen
La verdad es que es un sitio súper elegante muy sobrio,, comoso porque tienes todo lo que necesitas para una estancia agradable cocina Benasque cocina una buena ubicación una cama excelente me la pasé durmiendo muy muy a gusto unas vistas a un jardín preciosoY todos los detalles van acorde con la elegancia del sitio

Es un apartamento nuevo precioso. Muy bien equipado. Junto a la catedral. Parking enfrente del apartamento. Relacion calidad precio excelente. Lo recomiendo.

We will definitely stay here again. The apartment was spacious with high ceilings giving a bright airy feel. And also bigger than we expected. Bed was very comfortable. Stunning old building with history. A few minute walk to the heart of Gent. Carpark right across the road which is handy but not cheap.

Ontzettend leuk verblijf gehad. Alles zag er zeer goed uit, parkeergarage tegenover het hotel en op loopafstand van het centrum met veel winkels en eetgelegenheden.

The location of the hotel and the room itself was fine but the bathroom ha no ventilation and smelt terrible the entire time. The sofa bed was not comfortable. Also the floors and ceilings were so thin that the other apartments above were so loud. You could hear everything

Ακριβό αλλά πολύ όμορφο και καλόγουστο.
Το δωμάτιο ήταν φανταστικό, αλλά κάποιες λεπτομέρειες όπως φθορές στους τοίχους θα μπορούσαν να είχαν φροντιστεί. Η τουαλέτα είχε plexiglass και αυτό ήταν άβολο γιατί φαινόσουν από το κυρίως δωμάτιο. Τέλος αν άφηνες άπλυτα πιάτα χρεωνόσουν 25€ , όχι ότι θα άφηνα αλλά το θεωρώ ακραίο να έχω άγχος για ένα άπλυτο ποτήρι.

Beautiful unique place; room has high ceilings, a comfy bed, a desk and couch - all that I needed.Location is pretty close to the center, yet on a quiet street.

I booked and paid for a 5 night stay. Upon arrival, the room furniture was filthy and stained. One of my pillow cases had visible dirt stains on it where it was leaning up against to very dirty upholstered pillows on the back of bed. I had to have housekeeping come in and replace the pillow cases (there was no replacement for the upholstered pillows). I also asked for additional sheets to throw over all furniture and cover the upholtered backing of the bed because it was filthy with dark and white stains all over it. ... The other issue was no a/c, and I arrived during a heat wave. The room was 90 degrees Farenheit. There was no ventilation in the entire large brick building. They offered a very small fan that simply blew the hot air around, but did nothing to cool it down. It had significantly cooled off at night, with morning temperatures at 63 degrees farenheit, however the room was still 90 degrees. It had not cooled down at all. So, I had no choice but to check out after one night and book into another hotel. There were several other guests with the same issue and concerns. I asked the front desk about getting reimbursed for the remaining nights of my stay that I would not be using, and their response was to email management, but that another guest had just requested the same, and management denied it. Management refused my request to refund the unused nights. ***Be aware, this hotel is dirty, grimy, and clearly has no regard for the conditions provided to guest.

Mooi verblijf, zaten in een studio. Inrichting was goed, alleen de opstelling zou anders kunnen. Helaas geen airconditioning/ventilatie, kan alleen ventileren met het raam open. Maar daar staat het bed voor, waardoor het raam niet vergenoeg open gaat. Vooral in de zomer wanneer, het warm is geweest en de kamer even niet gebruikt is. Maar de ruimte was perfect, heerlijke regendouche met ruim voldoende waterdruk. Helaas geen handdouche om je af te spoelen, en na het douchen even de Wanden af te spoelen.

The location is perfect in the city center, close to the tram. The hotel itself is very modern in old historic building. The main disadvantage is that there is no air conditioning in the hotel. Although they provide a fan in the room, on hot days it can be very challenging. The windows are not fully opening, and there are a lot of mosquitoes. The walls in the room are full of dead mosquitoes marks. There is no daily cleaning if you are staying less than a week, unless you pay additional cost.
