Muy cerca del aeropuerto, me interesaba retornar el carro de alquiler un día antres y fue muy fácil llegar al hotel desde el aeropuerto, lo hice caminando en menos de 15 minutos, aunque el hotel ofrece transporte desde y hacia el aeropuerto

Hemos sido clientes de este Hampton año tras año y nunca nos ha decepcionado. Es limpio, cerca de aeropuerto tiene shuttle service, por lo menos de ida solamente y el desayuno bufet es variado y rico

The shuttle driver that took us from Frankfurt Airport at 7pm on January 7 to the hotel was a very rude person, he asked us several times about our reservation at Hampton Inn and altough I showed it to him, he said that was not a valid reservation and insisted that we have to pay him $60 for each one, this was a terrible guy that wanted to extort us and tried to do the same to other passengers. This guys want to take advantage of tourists I think the hotel should pay more attention to this guys that are some kind of mafia that want to intimidate tourists to become money. They give a very bad imagkne to the hotel. If I would not have been so tired because of the long trip I would have call the police.

Driver is just doing his duty what was told.Using kind of word is disrespect. are you share that you use our shutlebus?

Hotel muy cercano al aeropuerto (10 min caminando) con estación de metro cerca. Ideal para una estadía corta en Frankfurt llegando o saliendo del aeropuerto. Las habitaciones más pequeñas de lo normal, el ambiente grato y buen desayuno

El desayuno es excelente. La cabeza de la regadera se resbalaba en el tubo y no lanzaba el chorro directo y a distancia. Una de las lamparitas de noche de las camas no se apagaba!! La tv no encontraba la señal, tuvo que venir un trabajador a encontrar el botón adecuado.

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Liegt es vielleicht an Personalmangel aber wir haben eine Schere gebraucht und wir mussten sie selbe holen. Der Schuttlebus bringt dir bis zum Eingang vom Holiday Inn, du musst den Weg zum Hampton laufen, mit Koffern, beim Regen, Schnee...der Teppich im Zimmer war nicht besonderes sauber und lange Haare haben wir neben dem TV und bei den gefalteten Badtüchern gefunden. Wo wir die "cleaning lady" gesehen haben, dann wussten wir woher die kamen. Das Taschentücher Box im Bad war leer. Die "Servicephilosophie" bei den Hampton Inns in der USA liegt wirklich hoch deshalb kann Mann ein bisschen enttäuscht sein irgendwo anders

Gute Unterkunft mit tollem Frühstück. Hotelzimmer sauber. Nettes Personal. Parken finde ich persönlich etwas teuer (29€/pro Tag) ist aber wahrscheinlich üblich in Frankfurt und am Airport.

Das Hotel war sauber und ordentlich. Wir wurden aber leider um 7 uhr von einem Feueralarm geweckt und mussten feststellen das weder Personal im Gang war, die vieleicht den nicht so mobilen Personen zu helfen. Noch stand jemand vorm Haus und hat gesagt was los ist. Danach auch weder eine Entschuldigung noch sonst was. Finde ich Verbessetungswürdig. An schlaf war leider nicht mehr zu denken, aber dafür war das Frühstück war top. Wurde auch gut aufgefüllt.

Unterkunft war sauber und eigentlich perfekt für einen Aufenthalt für eine Nacht bevor man weiter reist mehr aber nichts für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Das Personal an der Rezeption hat nicht viel gesprochen kam daher eher etwas unfreundlich rüber habe ich in anderen hotels deutlich anders erlebt. Eine Karte mit Speisen wäre nicht schlecht gewesen hätte gerne nach meiner Ankunft etwas gegessen und vielleicht ne kleine Flasche wasser und ein zuckerhaltiges Getränk zur Begrüßung auf dem Zimmern wäre auch nicht schlecht und sorgt sicher nicht für Armut sowas ist besonders im Ausland standard. Außerdem sind wir in 2024 neben dem normalen Programm im deutschen TV könnte man auch einen streaming Dienst wie zum beispiel netflix anbieten damit auch gäste aus dem Ausland abends bei einem film in der landessprache relaxen können.
