Very rude service and no help spirit
I reserved and when I got there the miss at the counter told me it was full. Very rudley she said there were no rooms and that it was because I reserved through hotels.com, and she can't help with anything. That I should look for another hotel and that the reimbursement I have to see it directly with hotels.com, she couldn't do anything. Super bad and rude service and a super bad experience. There were other customers who were treated poorly by this girl and they were complaining about other stuff at the hotel.

Ofrecen desayuno para llevar y lo que dan es solo cafe!!!! No limpian las habitaciones a diario, solo lo hacen por un pago adicional. Ofrecen cocina con todos los utensilios, pero a la llegada no hay nada, hay que ir a buscarlos. Pésima opción!!!!!!

Lugar sucio!! En general mal cuidado, la habitación apestaba a cigarro, alfombra sucia, el baño con oxido, las gradas sucias, con colillas de cigarro (como que nunca habían limpiado) ojalá me hayan puesto sábanas limpias.

Hotel muy bien ubicado pero con pocos servicios
El hotel esta en una zona llena de restaurantes y compras, es bonito y aseado pero el personal no entra a la habitación a cambiar las sábanas ni las toallas, tampoco ponen implementos de aseo, debes pedirlos en el lobby. Dice que tiene desayuno pero ni siquiera hay un lugar donde sentarse, solo te ofrecen un café, muffins y barras de cereal.

Be Aware please!!! Stay Away!!!!!!! I would like to give 0 Stars but i cant........ look for other Hotels please. I have a very bad and unpleasant experience in this hotel in Davie..... I make the reservation through Expedia and when I get there, the Spanish Receptionist ask me for my ID. I give her my Driver license and she look at the picture and look at me and she said it doesnt look the same like me. I tell her of course thats me. Only thing I have my hair a mess, i have no make up now and my clothes are dirty with paint because I was working until now painting under the sun....... I even untied my hair , so she can see its me..... she make a comment like oh wowww how a person can change when have the hair done...... At that point I start getting unconfortable but thats ok, I try to be nice and friendly and I even start a conversation with her.....she ask me who make this reservation. I said me.... she said ohhhh noooo, here I can see that the Company who hire you make the resevation for you. They pay for your stay here..... I start getting even more unconfortable, I own that company... Rooms dirty, no trash can in the room, Discrimination, old and dirty rooms, personnel unprofesional and breakfast omg terrible. Pay other hotel please. Is a problem to get back what u pay for inidentals. I call my bank and report them

This place is gross. I seriously considered sleeping in my car. The parking lot smells like urine. The room smelled like smoke and weed. Stains in the carpet, big prices of enamel coming off in the bathtub. The towels were yellowed and there are no lights to see the room numbers from the parking lot. I paid $150 dollars and slept on top on the covers because the bed sheets felt like waterproof plastic. Gross.

The room was extremely dirty. The towels were dirty, the tub was dirty and the microwave was dirty and did not work. We had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean the room and we had to purchase towels for the bathroom. The room was supposed to be nonsmoking but it was filled with a smoke smell.

The stove was rusty fridge moldy tub was rusty when ac on curtain blows curtains need to be shorter or fasten, the general manager was awesome we went down stairs with a problem and she said give he 15minutes and she came and took care of the problem herself
