No nos limpiaron y arreglaron la habitación ningún día a pesar de solicitarlo, pedimos toallas el segundo día, nos dijeron que ya las llevaban y nunca llegaron. La reserva decía que incluía el desayuno y nos querían cobrar, por lo que desayunamos en otro lugar…la verdad caro y no se ve porque, limpieza y orden de la habitación es lo más básico!!!!

LOVE my stay. I went by myself for 4 days, and everyone was so friendly, the room very clean, the bed so comfortable. The hotel bar delicious. I recommend staying in the hotel!!!!!!!

Es un hotel Nuevo, bonito y bien ubicado, lastimosamente y debido a la pandemia no hacen el servicio de limpieza en las habitaciones. (Me parece que la pandemia puede ser una excusa). La piscina en el Roof top es muy bonita, lástima que halla que salir del hotel para subir por otro elevador a esta.

No hay limpieza al cuarto ni por que lo solicitas
El hotel es nuevo, tiene una muy bonita decoración. Cerca del hotel no hay nada, Se ve que va a quedar la zona súper bonita pues están construyendo. Que no nos gusto que no hay limpieza a los cuartos, llegar al cuarto en la noche después de un día de estaré fuera todo el día y ver el cuarto tal cual lo dejaste no me pareció; marqué a la recepción para preguntar y nos dijeron que debíamos pedir la limpieza, entonces la pedimos para el día siguiente y tampoco la hicieron . Cuando llegamos pedí las sábanas para el Sofá cama y no la llevaron la tuvimos que pedir 4 veces para que nos la lleven . Estuve 4 días y jamás me hicieron el cuarto ni por que lo solicite a la recepción

Very disappointing experience for a Marriot hotel. 1. The bedding wasn't replaced after the previous guest :-( we took pictures, the staff moved us to a different room; 2. nobody cleaned our room during this 4 night stay - I called front desk and ask them to send someone - no results. 3. pool area is very loud and dirty (just look under the sofas around the pool. Other guests mention the same on their reviews. Something is really wrong with this hotel management.

Staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful. The facilities were clean and convenient for where I needed to travel to. While the room rate was more than acceptable, the fees and taxes were exorbitant, and with only a valet option for parking, it was quite expensive.

The hotel itself is very nice and new, the staff is very friendly and serviceable. I am very well pleased. They are pet friendly and that part was also wonderful. However the pool area has something that could be fixed- please clean under the beds- the trash from the parties is swept under the beds. That's the only downside here. Otherwise it's close to everything, walkable to Las Olas Blvd and only 2 miles or so from the beach.

The hotel was okay for one night. The front desk staff both at check in and out were very unfriendly. They had flat affect, not engaging, we felt like we were interrupting them. We would probably not stay there again if given a choice.

We enjoyed the property and the amenities. Most of the time the pool was ice cold but one time in the evening it felt it was heated. A couple times the front desk staff were clearly on their personal cell phones while working-not a good look for the hotel. One time we had a question about finding lost items. The front desk woman offered us no help or suggestions on getting in touch with the complex staff. Just silence on the other end of the line. Check in staff was great.

We loved out stay at the Courtyard. From the second we pulled up to the hotel we were greeted by the staff, our check in process was a breeze and we were able to get early check into our room at no additional cost. The facilities on the property are great. The staff at the Quantum Kitchen were friendly and on point. The rooftop pool and bar were awesome! We spent the day up there before a concert and the vibe was fun with a DJ and drinks on the lounge beds. We started our ended our days up by the pool every day during our stay. The location is perfect, there's lots of dining options around the hotel as well as grocery stores. The beach is a quick 14 min drive away as well making everything we wanted to do in Fort Lauderdale all within a decent radius. We will absolutely be coming back to the this hotel!

I absolutely loved staying here. It was clean and smelled amazing. Staff were very kind. The rooftop pool is beautiful. I also loved the area. Walking distance to Olas blvd. Amazing restaurants right there in the area, also walking distance. I didn’t pay much to get an uber to the beach, which is decently close. Will stay again

Great property. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it was very confusing upon arrival. To get to the lobby you must go up to the 2nd floor. It would be very helpful if an employee was stationed there to help. The rooftop bar and pool was amazing and the food was pretty good in the onsite restaurant. Would definitely stay again.
