"Lovely property. we had a beautiful stay. The view is amazing. House had everything a family would need including toys and books for the kids. unfortunately, the barbecue was bit dirty and no gass but with a full kitchen it wasn’t a problem. Would definitely stay again "

"It is a great location but wasn’t very comfortable to stay in. The place wasn’t very clean (dust and hair under the toaster) and the shower leaked. The door was hard to use and mozzies easily came in and out of the room through the gap underneath. TV didn’t work and when we rang up we didn’t get any feedback if it would be fixed or not."

"Firstly, the choice of this property was our own fault because we left our booking so late and it was the only one left in the Exmouth area The bed was inconveniently low ie 300 mm above the ground when normal beds are 750 mm above the floor.- very hard to get into and out of. The bed springs and the actually bedding were aweful. The bedroom fan was noisy and wobbled. There was no availability of fresh air, no ability to open any windows. "Great house, clean, tidy and comfortable with great aircon for hot days and in amazing location. Only issue we had was with check in times. We asked for early check in as we had one adult with 2 very young children arriving at mid day by plane so we were told early check in would be ok from 12pm onwards however come check in day the house was not ready until 2pm which meant my sister and her two young kids were stuck waiting for 2 hours outside with no means of transport on a 42 degree day....

"Had a great holiday. Location was great and so too the presentation of the villa. Outside steps were a bit dubious (I was too scared to walk in the middle of them as I’m sure they’re due to break soon!) and a light by the bbq would be helpful. No ironing board present (but barely needed it anyway. ) Otherwise was great - would highly recommend it. Would love to be able to come back another time! Thank you ever so much."
