Pretty nice place;
This is wonderful place, property is nice and there are plenty of water sports available just steps away. It worths every cent 👍; definitely recommend it and looking forward to be back.

Relax away from the crowds
We loved our stay at this condo. We ended our stay here and were looking to relax. This place fit the bill. It was a short, if a little steep, walk to the beach. A few times we were the only people on the beach. At its busiest it was never crowded. We hit the markets and took advantage of the well stocked kitchen. Father roosters was great for the occasional drink or dinner. The facilities pools were very nice. All the things you might want for the beach is provided. We had a great stay and highly recommend this if you are looking for a nice clean and quiet beach.

Perfect in Every Way
Our stay was perfect. The host was so attentive to everything from giving information about the place to info about the area. We would love to stay there for much more time. We loved the amenities and used them for snorkeling etc. The wildlife viewing from the windows was fantastic. The views will be in my memory forever. I can't say enough good about this stay. We loved it.

Muy Hermosa! We can't wait to come back!
This was our first trip to Costa Rica. We toured different areas of Costa Rica for first few days of our arrival (La Fortuna and Bijagua). Our stay at Mark and Cheryl's property was perfect! The view, the beach, nearby amenities were perfect for the last 4 days of our one week stay. We can't wait to come back and stay longer next time! Definitely want to spend more time in this area. Coco was good to visit for some great Happy Hour specials and good food and entertainment. The pools and Father Roosters close by were a great option too. Great communication and information from Mark, like others have said the condo is perfectly equipped with everything you need.

Beachfront base to explore Costa Rica
Beautiful place to explore the costa rica beaches and nw area. Mark’s suggestions and communication was fantastic. He connected us with a superb travel guide who showed us much of the area/ even a trip into Nicaragua. This place has most of the gear you will need making it easy to explore without having to buy/rent things. A definite gem.

Had a wonderful stay at Mark and Cheryl’s condo. Mark is beyond helpful. Always quick to communicate. Gave us several amazing tour recommendations. Memo from Memo Adventures was fantastic. The snorkel/beach tour we did with pelicano sports fishing was awesome too. Condo is well equipped. Has every thing you need. The snorkel closet overflowed and we took advantage and snorkeled in the little tidal pool right down the hill from the condo. Kayaking was wonderful. Didn’t use the bikes, but nice to have them available. Small pool closest to the condo felt like our own private pool as no one was ever there. Father Rooster’s was yummy. Live music twice during the week we were there. So fun dancing on the beach. The showers are wonderful. Mark and Cheryl thought of everything. Even a black washcloth in the bath to use for makeup removal (I hate getting makeup on white clothes). Stay here. You won’t be disappointed Tracey Landenberg PA

Beautiful Stay
We started our vacation for 4 nights here at this condo. Everything was just as described. We loved snorkeling a few feet away and we were grateful for the equipment that was at the condo. It is well furnished and has everything you need for a beach vacation. We loved our stay and will be returning.

Exceptionally Wonderful Experience!
I am so thankful we chose this Vrbo! The condo has everything you need for living and recreation. It’s a 1 min walk to the gorgeous beach with clear waters and great snorkeling! 1 of the 3 pools is just a hop and skip from the condo and all of them are convenient. You are surrounded by trees, flowers, and wildlife! We saw so many birds, friendly iguanas and monkeys! We enjoyed our coffee on the patio every morning watching the birds and monkeys and listening to the waves on the beach. It’s paradise! Father Roosters is right on the beach by the condo and they have great food, beverages (great piña colada!) and live music! To get into Coco Beach it’s a $10 taxi ride and the condo staff at the gate call them for you. Good restaurants and shopping in Coco and Culture. We also used Memo Adventures 2 of the days and did zip lining, horseback riding, water slides in the forest, swimming in waterfalls and an ecopark where we saw so many sloths, frogs and more. Really, this location has it all and the hosts are the best! The condo has local art and some hand painted pictures by one of the hosts that are beautiful. Booking this Condo made our trip incredible.

Perfection!
Perfect place for a getaway. Host goes above an beyond to make sure your vacation has EVERYTHING you need. Bikes, kayaks, snorkeling gear OH MY! You will also get an detailed itinerary of EVERYTHING you could possibly want to do in the area. Even if you want to do nothing, the secluded black sands beach is a 5 minute walk away. Couldn’t possible ask for more.
