"The beach is a very short walk, or drive, away, and the marsh view is terrific. There are several good restaurants nearby, and we enjoyed the Botany Bay Preserve and the Edisto Beach State Park. The condo is well equipped. Washing and drying our sheets went quickly and smoothly on our departure morning. It helped that we brought our own towels."

"This is a well cared for older home that is a vital reminder of Edisto as it used to be. I hope this, and other homes like it will continue to be a part of the community for years and years to come. The house was clean and as pictured, the host was gracious and understanding of our needs. The only thing that was hard for me to do was to communicate back to the host during our stay to let her know for future guests small things that did not meet the description such as no blender or beach towels...

"This was my first visit to Edisto and hopefully not my last. We really enjoyed our time! This property has a fully stocked kitchen with all the equipment you need to cook. The beds were comfy. There were plenty of towels which is appreciated. We spent the most time on the screened-in porch. It was wonderful listening to the birds and watching deer. The owner of this property is so sweet. Any question we had was answered immediately. I would definitely come back and stay here!"

"We had a great stay. The communication with the owner was easy from start to finish and we even got a great recommendation for an afternoon trip to Botany Bay. It was easy bike access to everything. Take heed of the reviews of the signs from the above tenants. It didn’t bother us and the vacationers weren’t rowdy when we were there but you can definitely hear their footsteps being a lower level condo. Nonetheless, it didn’t affect our stay at all. "We had a nice stay. There were several issues with the property. We called and were able to resolve one of them. They sent some one to repair the hole in the deck. They were unable to stop the lights from blinking over the table. The repairman came on Wednesday evening and said that he thought that the bulbs were the wrong kind. The hardware store was already closed by the time he came. So we just had blinking lights. We made it like a running joke with the kids. They thought it was funny. But...

"We had a wonderful weekend, a block away from the beach. We loved being so close and having a cart to take the provided chairs, umbrella and corn hole with us. The house was beautiful and well-equipped. We cooked most of our meals since it was easier and better than trying to find a place on a holiday weekend. Just what we all wanted. Thank you!"

"This is the second time I have stayed here. And, I plan to stay here again later this year and every year from now on as long as it is available. It is in a great location(a block and a half from Whaleys dive bar/restaurant). "This condo was clean and well-furnished with updated bathrooms and comfortable beds. The kitchen was especially well supplied with everything we needed. The views of the inlet and waterways allowed us to bird watch from the balcony. Our only concern was a persistent moldy smell which remained on our clothing when we returned home."

"It was the most relaxing and peaceful time we have had in a long time. There are beautiful marsh views. The tidal creek and marsh are full with wildlife. We enjoyed the stars. House was equipped with everything we needed. Communications with owner were stellar. Tracie was prompt and personable. We really enjoyed our stay. Note: Plan a sunset at nearby Pine Landing."

"Great weekend getaway. The free mini golf the kids loved. If we were to stay a few days we would definitely rented a golf cart as it would have been easier to get to and from the beach. Seeing we rented the Wyndham crew attempted us to get us to sit for a 90 min preso to try to book our own timeshare. But once we finished he provided us his cell and told us to reach out if we had any issues. "
