"Property was very clean and well maintained and had a well-equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bed. Only problem we had during our stay was caused by a small step between the kitchen and the main room which caused a fall. "This was our first time in Folly beach & we loved it! The apartment was small but had everything we needed. The AC was cold, the bed was comfortable, & the location was fabulous! Only 2 blocks to the beach & to Center Street! We loved the laid back vibe & will definitely be back! The only negative was the upstairs neighbor was up at 5 am every morning & we could hear them moving around. Other than that, we loved our stay!"

"The property was described accurately and is situated in a convenient location to access Folly Beach, nearby restaurants and grocery stores by car or bicycle. The Unit is located on the top floor with lovely views of the Marshes in two different directions. You get the setting sun in the evening. While we welcomed the air conditioning, we found the unit mounted on the wall outside of the bedroom noisy at night."

"Very nice, updated, private unit. Spacious for two people! It would be helpful to have a flag or some sort of sign to identify the driveway. My only issue was the room deodorizer. I could not sleep in the bedroom because of the smell - even after removing the deodorizers. I recommend asking guest about that prior to move in."

"Clean, spacious, walking distance to great restaurants. As described, near highway so outdoor space is not pleasant for sitting but the highway noise was not noticeable indoors. Comfortable mattress!!!!!! Had to buy a corkscrew!!! Should be number one amenity!!! I would suggest getting confirmation on amenities-seemed like they hadn’t updated list (e.g. also no Keurig was on site)."

"We loved our stay here and will be back next year!!! It is a beautiful house and it was so clean!! The beds were very comfortable and the living room is cozy. We enjoyed the nice kitchen and sun room and outdoor deck surrounded by beautiful trees. It is a short 5 minute walk to the beach which is so nice and quiet! We had the best weekend. "The best location we could even think about asking for! Walking distance to great restaurants, very close to HT and of course…oceanfront. We were at the beach in about 2 minutes everyday. There was a pool on site that was relaxing as well. And with a private parking lot, you could take the short drive into Charleston and not worry about losing a parking spot.
