"Second stay in this wonderful beach house. Lovely and clean, comfy sofas and well equipped kitchen. Thank you for the wine to welcome us. Great information pack. A really enjoyable birthday weekend for my mother and sisters. Crosswords on the sun balcony, lunch in the garden, an early morning swim - lovely weekend."

"Many unexpected issues whilst I was there; 1. Couldn't find key box as photo hadn't been included in check in (there are 6 key boxes) 2. Outside of apartment and indoor communal area is akin to uni halls of residence. Just not what I expected from a £120 a night apartment. 3. TV remote batteries were flat so had to buy batteries to watch TV 4. Wifi dropped out in the morning (and you can't watch TV without wifi as no aerial) 5. No proper shower in the bathroom just an attachment to the bath....

"Das Haus liegt sehr schön in einer ruhigen Strasse. Die Zufahrtsbeschreibung war etwas verwirrend, da ein teil der Strasse durch ein permanents Tor gesperrt ist. ein Nachbar gab Auskunft, wie das Haus zu erreichen wäre. Die Beschreibung zum Finden des Schlüsselsafes war ebenfalls nicht korrekt, wir haben lange an der Rückseite des Hauses (wie beschrieben) gesucht, jedoch befindet sich die Schlüsselbox vorne im Vorraum. Der Pflegezustand des Hauses und des Grundstücks ist eher mittelmässig. Da...

"My husband and I were travelling along the south coast of England visiting family. We stayed at Old Sefter School for two nights and were absolutely thrilled with everything about our stay. Carole and Tim were incredibly hospitable and ensured that everything was to our liking. We had everything we needed and enjoyed exploring the village and walking the beach. We highly recommend this property and would give it ten stars if it was possible! Thank you Carole and Tim for a wonderful stay!"

"The 16c house is quaint with sloping walls and floors, original beams and inglenook fireplaces. Sympathetically renovated with lovely quality finishing. The garden pretty, with lots of spring bulbs emerging and colourful chickens in a stable supplying fresh, warm eggs. Jonathan was the perfect host - attentive, thoughtful and generous. "The property was beautiful, spotlessly clean, decorated beautifully and lovely garden. Milk,teabags, hot chocolate and coffee sachets there waiting for us which was a nice touch. A couple of minutes walk to the beach, lovely coastal walks and great food in the nearby pub 'The Lifeboat'. The couple that owned the property were lovely and friendly. Would definitely recommend this holiday let and we hope to return."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Coastguards. We’re regular visitors of west wittering and the location is perfect for exploring the beach and local area. A very comfortable and functional place for the family. We would have loved a bbq! The kitchen was a little dated but we spent little time in the cottage as we were out and about enjoying crabbing, beach walks, the local pub and Chichester. Thank you!"

"Property was perfect, cosy and comfortable. It has everything you need inside. The little added extras were a sweet touch ( cheese and crackers, jug of milk, bottled water). Location is superb, lots to do around the Area, nice pubs. Great communication with the owner. Didn't want to leave. I stayed with my 2 children and my dog. Would definately stay again."

"We stayed in this little cabin by the woods for a month and it was fantastic: quiet, peaceful. comfortable and refreshing. Jeremy was a great host and helped us with anything we needed. The location is just delightful for sitting on the verandah with a cuppa or a glass of wine and watching the heron and the kingfisher on the pond. If you are looking for a break from the constant demands of daily, working life, this is the place for you."

"Fabulous property, amazing hosts and well stocked for home cooking away from home. We had a wonderful time with the children walking to the beach and playground everyday. Great food in Littlehampton and plenty to keep us busy. Thank you for such a cosy cottage with an excellent hot shower and comfortable beds. More than happy to return here again ."

"Tolle Wohnung in der wir vom Esstisch aus aufs Meer blicken konnten. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und frisch und die Küche ist für einen Urlaub super ausgestattet. Der Vermieter hatte eine Flasche Wein und Milch als Willkommens-Gruß bereitgestellt, was wirklich sehr nett war. Und auch seine Auskünfte waren sehr freundlich, ausführlich und zutreffend.
