"This hotel had bedbugs. We had a reservation in the 3br suite and around 11pm discovered there were bedbugs infested in all 3 rooms. I struggled with posting this review because all of the the staff are so nice but I see the room is available for reservation again and it was a total nightmare to discover this and deal with sanitizing our things and finding a new place to stay in the middle of the night. "

"Wir erhielten die falsche Adresse von der Plattform Expedia und konnten von dort aus erst mit grosser Verzögerung jemanden erreichen. Dadurch kam es soweit, dass wir noch 2 Hotelzimmer für eine Nacht gebucht haben. Neben dem Haus gibt es leider immer wieder Lärmende Geräusche von einer Baustelle."

"Casa Bellavista is a very large house, with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, a very big and very well equipped open kitchen and dining area, and a sitting area full of light that opens on the covered terrace, where there is also a large jacuzzi (good for 5-6 people!) and a small private garden. "Edificio de dos plantas con partamentos enormes de dos habitaciones y dos baños, mejor los de la planta baja con access directo a la piscina, y la playa cruzando el jardin. Recepcion para el checking situada confusamente en una casa particular cruz ando la calle. Limpieza del apartamento cada dos dias y ademas cargan una cantidad, bastante elevada, aparte. En mi caso estuve dos noches y habia que pagar 1.500 Bahts."

"The apartment suited our needs, being well kept and clean and a short walk to restaurants and beach. The owners were really friendly and helped us with snorkeling trips and car rental, advising us on where to go on the island. Altogether, this made for a fantastic stay in Koh Lanta"

"Viel Platz im Appartement, das für 5 Personen ausgelegt ist! Auf der Toilette gibt es kein Waschbecken! Zum Händewaschen muss man eine steile Treppe in den oberen Stock erklimmen und nach draußen auf den überdachten Balkon gehen! Sehr umständlich und bei längerem Aufenthalt nervig! "Los cuartos no son tan chicos, el acceso a la playa es rápido por la parte trasera del mismo hotel y es tranquilo. Hay una señora de limpieza que es muy amable y prácticamente la que siempre te atiende a todo porque en recepción nunca encuentras a nadie solo cuando hice check Inn de ahí jamás volví a ver a alguien en recepción ni en el check out tuve que dejar las llaves con la señora de limpieza y mis días de estancia no me hicieron limpieza ni me dejaron artículos de higiene personal. "
