"大変お勧めの宿泊施設です。 アパートメントのベッドルームを借用するタイプの宿泊施設で、キッチン・ダイニング・リビング・ランドリー室も共用スペースとして使えます。バス・トイレはベッドルームに付いています。 とても清潔でセキュリティがしっかりしています。バス・トイレ・照明・クローゼット等々の設備も上等です。昼間は英語を話せるハウスキーパーの方が居り安心です。朝食付きプランの場合はそのハウスキーパーの方が朝食を準備してくれます。私が宿泊したのは高層階だったので眺望も抜群でした。 場所はコロンボフォート駅から南へ２.５ｋｍ程。近くにガンガーラーマ寺院やコロンボシティセンターというショッピングモールがあり、またシナモンガーデンズ地区にも近いので何かと便利です。 （注意ポイント）チェックインは、建物１階のロビーで管理者と待ち合わせて手続きする方式です。事前に管理者から待ち合わせ時間の問合せメールが来ます。予約時に登録した電子メールアドレスを使って、現地で電子メールのやり取りができる様に準備する必要はあります。"

After some discussion with the owner we were given three rooms. The owner had not been paid by VRBO and I had paid VRBO one month ahead of time. "AWESOME stay - so great we decided to stay an extra night. Kasun is amazing and put us in touch with people that helped us plan our 3 week stay in Sri Lnaka. Extremely spacious apartment for a low price. Even included a washer inside the apartment which was really nice to do laundry. Close to the airport and not a far walk from restaurants. Nice park neaby with volleyball courts, track and more sports with locals nearby. Will definitely stay again before departing from Sri Lanka! "
