"We had a lovely two night stay. We booked only 48hrs before our visit so we had the last available room, which had a wonderful garden view and although it was smaller than we anticipated the fun of watching dozens of garden birds on the many bird feeders outside our door and also seeing tiny shrews playing and jumping in the late evening was wonderful. Breakfast was pre booked and excellent and our hosts happy to help at all times. We would definitely return."

"This is an extremely well appointed Guest House set in lovely countryside. Very quiet since away from road and other buildings. It is important to recognise that this is a Guest House and not a Hotel and therefore there is no restaurant. The nearest eating house (local pub) is about half a mile away which in foot is down a busy unlit road. "This is a lovely place to stay. We were well looked after, my gluten free dietary needs were catered for and the staff were very accommodating. The house is old so we expected that the rooms might be ‘quirky’ but we had a dangerous fault with our shower that could have resulted in serious scalding incident. We have informed the managers so they can deal with it. Dinner was 5* as you’d expect in a place with a chef of this calibre - wine and port also excellent. Pricey, but not excessive....

"We booked at The Town House Brecon as we were attending the Hay Festival nearby. The welcome we received was fantastic, the room was lovely with a big comfortable bed and we slept better than we had in ages. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and there was an honesty bar in the cosy lounge area. We would highly recommend this lovely B&B and would happily book to stay again."

"One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in both in terms of the gorgeous building with lots of original features and the owners. The owner was really kind and helpful with knowledge on activities and restaurants in the area, the room was fabulous! The cooked breakfast, as a vegetarian was the best I’ve had in a restaurant A brilliant stay I only wish I was staying for longer. I’ll definitely be back "

"En general nos pareció muy limpio y el personal muy amable. La ubicación es perfecta por céntrica y porque esta a la mano de los principales medios de transporte. Pensamos que es necesario algún espacio para colocar la maleta dentro de la habitación, considerando que se trata de habitaciones para 3 ó 4 personas. La cama muy cómoda, la regadera con buena presión de agua y el agua caliente salío rápido (la indicación de caliente-rojo / fría-azul está al revés). "
