Unfortunately there are a couple of new policies I am not totally enamoured with - it is hardly room service if you have to go down to order and pay for it - I understand their rationale behind this new policy (no room credit), but it's not what you expect from a 4* hotel. "Me gusto la casa y las dimensiones. Por otro lado, los utensilios de la casa, referido a la cocina, eran deficientes. Una casa preparada para 6, aunque eramos 4, y no habia mas que 5 vasos ( y todos de distinto tamaño), un juego de cubiertos, faltaba una paella de tamaño grande...lo de sólo poder estar una hora en la piscina tambien mejorable."
