HOTEL CÉNTRICO EN COLONIA
Hotel bien ubicado en el centro de Colonia en la zona de tiendas, restaurantes, bares, etc. El hotel es moderno y agradable pero las habitaciones para este tipo de hotel son pequeñas y sobre todo la cama de matrimonio... muy pequeña para este tipo de hoteles. Ofrecen un servicio de desayuno que merece la pena por el precio. 15€ de lunes a sábados. Personal muy agradable. Con el tema del Corona, no hay servicio de limpieza durante toda tu estancia . Durante los 5 días alojado, no me hicieron la habitación, ni cambio de toallas, ni de sábanas ningún día y ni me recogieron la basura a pesar incluso que lo reclame.

El hotel está muy muy sencillo, la habitación más o menos, te dan una almohada y nada más, sin cobijas ni edredón ni nada.. y estábamos a 5 grados. La ubicación es muy buena, es lo único que puedo resaltar del hotel. Buscaría otra opción de hospedaje para la siguiente vez.

Caríssimo!!!! este hotel no puede costar la pasta que nos habeís soplado. De ninguna manera, un abuso en toda regla. Por no tener no tenía ni el desayuno incluido.

Buena Visita
Un hotel agradable, ubicado en zona muy segura y cerca de restaurantes y centros de recreación. Muy cerca de la estación central de Colonia lo que permita buena movilidad a diferentes lugares en Alemania. El desayuno incluido es abundante y satisfactorio. En general fue una buena selección.

Kurz: Mittelklasse-Hotel. Ist ok. Aber wenn man ein Zimmer bucht und ein großes Bett sieht - dann aber ein Mini-Zimmer (kleiner als Motel One) bekommt, mit durchgelegem Kissen usw. - dann fragt man sich warum das Hotel teurer als Motel One ist... meine "VIP-Vorteile" von Hotels.com sind dort als Info gar nicht erst angekommen.

Centrally located, but quiet
The bed wasn't particularly comfortable. No TV channels, in English, were working. Breakfast options were really good. Staff were helpful & spoke good English. Hotel parking charges weren't explained during booking process. An extra 'energy' charge (additional to city tax) per guest has been in place since November 2022, but this wasn't mentioned during booking.

Simple room, indifferent staff, great location
Check in was odd, without even greeting us front desk said “I don’t have rooms until 3pm,” I asked if we could pre register and come back for the keys she said no. It was 1:30pm. We parked and went back in to use the restrooms and saw a lady checking in, then my husband asked “so you have rooms ready now?” So she finally asked for our last name and yes room was ready, but she refused to check our reservation 10 mins before. They are a VIP property, and we are gold members and have early check in if available. She gave the keys and no information about the hotel or our reservation. We didn’t even know anything about the wireless had to call the front desk to ask information. Check out is at 11am, as gold members we have guarantee 2h late check out but another front desk agent said she didn’t know anything about late check out and refused to extend. We let it go. Asked the next morning, again “no late check outs available” we explained our gold members status, they agreed to 1 hour. We had discounted parking as a vip property and we had to remind them about it. they honored the discount. Location is great, room is very simple, bed with thin uncomfortable mattress, only two pillows, didn’t feel like a 4 star room. Staff could be friendlier or perhaps more caring.

The hotel is very well located, walking distance from the Hauptbahnhof. The room was small but serviceable, and the check-in and check-out were easy and performed by friendly personnel. No complaints, a good deal.
