Hotel con muy buen servicio de habitaciones y de alimentación; desayuno y cena. Lo único que mejoraría es la señal de wifi que solo es gratuito en recepción. Hoy en día es fundamental contar con conexión y no me parece que cobren en forma adiciona.

Very nice hotel, very close to main Cologne Train Station. Unlike many train station, this station is clean and safe. Although, there are still some homeless and beggars. Bed was very comfortable! Couple of issues, guest rooms are far from reception desk. They should have placed conference rooms further away instead of guest rooms. My bathroom was very tiny, maybe because they placed me in room right next to elevator. As such elevator probably took the space away.

Ersten habe ich 2 Einzellbett Zimmer gebucht und ein Ehebett Zimmer gehabt. Im Zimmer waren nasse Handtücher. Das Zimmer war überhaupt nicht sauber. Es gab DRECK an den Bettüberzügen. In der Dusche waren kleine kurze Haare. Die Zimmer sind alt. Das Personal sehr unfreundlich und hat uns beim Check-In ignoriert. Nur die Lage war gut an diesem Hotel. Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt gar nicht überein!

I assumed that Hilton keeps the premises at high class, but this hotel is old and a bit smelly. The rooms are not well isolated and the sounds from the corridor or somebody’s walk in the corridor reverberates inside the room. I am disappointed to pay a price for a high class hotel but getting a very average room and old hotel.
