El hotel es muy limpio reformado y habitación cuádruple cómoda bañas y duchas limpios en general me gusto todo del hotel, tienes un 50% de dto en el parking, no desayune por que estuve por trabajo no puedo opinar, te ponen agua con Gas y unas Chuches de regalo, por poner algo que no me gusto es el personal de recepción un poco serios pero en general todo el mundo en Alemania es así. Mi hija estuvo de cena de gala una noche llego sobre las 02:00h de la madrugada y avía 3 chicos fuera que la persiguieron incluso entrado en el hotel y ascensor mi hija lo tubo que hecha tú no Avia nadie en recepción, Yo le pongo a este hotel de 10 le pongo un 9 estucos muy Agustí y muy bien y quiero dar las gracias por nuestra estancia, sin duda si vuelvo a colonia repito el mismo hotel.

Hotel cómodo y con situacion inmejorable, buena atencion y limpieza. Baños algo incomodos, al estar ducha comunicada con el resto de facilidades se moja tod.

The service at the hotel was super great, staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very delicious and had a wide variety to choose from. I would recommend this to everyone as its close to all the attractions.

Wir hatten ein kleines Zimmer das sauber und in einem guten Zustand war. Einziges Manko ist, dass die Zimmer etwas hellhörig sind. Frühstück ist ausreichend und man bekommt alles was das Herz begehrt..Eier, Speck, verschiedene Sorten Müsli, Croissants, usw. Die Lage des Hotels in der Kölner Altstadt ist natürlich optimal für Sightseeing, Shopping oder eine Partynacht und liegt nur ca. 1 Gehminute vom Rhein entfernt. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar und der Bahnhof ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Die Unterkunft war für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok, das Bad ist zu klein nach dem duschen steht das Bad unter Wasser , es gab mineral Wasser für umsonst, das Frühstück ist ok ein wenig beengte Verhältnisse beim buffet .Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Mukemmel konumda. Fiyat performans bir hotel. Bebekli bir aile olarak tavsiye edebilirim. Odalar gayet yeterli büyüklükte ve çok temiz. Personel inanılmaz samimi ve ilgili. Kahvaltıyı otelde istediğimiz günlerde aldık, açık büfe ve Avrupa geneline göre başarılı ve lezzetli bir kahvaltı.

The staff was incredible. When we found out there was a train strike, and would need to stay another night at the hotel unexpectedly on a very busy mostly sold out time, they immediately were able to reserve rooms at their hotel at a discounted rate! Hotel was so comfortable and great location!

Visited Köln for the Christmas markets and the property is pretty central to the markets, nightlife and only 15 mins from the Dom and station. Friendly welcome on arrival to the property, we were given a map and instructions for times of breakfast, WiFi and also warned of the building works ongoing and it gets noisy from 8 until 3. It’s unavoidable and it’s not like you are going to be wasting time while you are there. We had a double room that was spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean and of a good size. The shower is great BTW!!! We opted for breakfast, there is a lot of choice and caters for everyone’s tastes as in our part there was a vegetarian and also someone with a nut and wheat allergy and we were all catered for. Breakfast gets very busy from 8.30-10am and it can be a bit fraught as some guests can be a little entitled. The staff have a lot of patience. We slept well in the comfortable beds and the duvets were nice and warm and the rooms were quiet. Check out was easy and there is a room to store your cases if like us you had a later flight. We had a good stay and would recommend the property and would happily stay again.

Tolles Hotel mitten in der City. Leider fand am Sonntagabend bis 02:00 Uhr nach im Innenhof eine Mega Party mit sehr lauterstatt, sodass wir erst gegen 02:00 Uhr schlafen konnten. Sonst alles TOP

It is nice that the room has 5 beds which our kids can have each own bed. All amenities work properly. Great location that we can walk to the Cologne Cathedral. Mark and Mai both receptionists are helpful and friendly. It would be nice if the breakfast was included.

Would stay here again
Cologne is a stunning city! Our stay at CityClass Hotel Caprice am Dom was very nice. The front desk staff was so very friendly. The room was a good size, very clean, with a great location in town, close to everything!

The perfect hideaway
A wonderful little hotel centrally located with all the sights and shops close-by. You're only a 10 minute walk from the cathedral and 5 minutes to the river.

Very clean and comfortable hotel with updated modern interior. Great service from the front desk. Perfect location, with many restaurants and bars near the Rhein and a short walk to the cathedral and shopping. Highly recommend this hotel!!

Very helpful and friendly reception staff. Room a little on the small side. Great bathroom with rainforest head. WiFi also good. Comfortable and clean. Excellent location for old town, cathedral etc. Parking reduced rate at Neumarket public parking (underground) €12 per night. Would stay again highly recommended

das Hotel hat uns gut gefallen, leider war die Heizung im Zimmer nicht funktionstüchtig. Wir bekamen dann einen Radiator, so war es auszuhalten. An sonsten alles super.
