To maintain and monitor our parking facility effectively, we implemented a daily parking fee back in January 2019. This practice has become quite common in the Cocoa Beach area.Over the past year, we have upgraded all our network equipment to enterprise-grade Cisco Meraki products and added additional access points to ensure reliable and fast internet access for all our guests. Additionally, all our rooms undergo a rigorous inspection process to maintain cleanliness and comfort.We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and memorable experiences for our guests. I apologize that we fell short during your stay. Your feedback is invaluable as it helps us improve.
