"If you are looking only for a Villa, you can stay here. The villas are very comfortable for a good price but the services provided by the staff are horrible. They do not try to help clients. We were tried to be charged 40 € for cleaning 3 towels that they do not try to clean in the washing machine. We clean up the towels with our hands in less than 5 minutes and then they apologize for not trying to clean them, they only want you to be charged. We got no electricity 2 times and the first time...

"The house was beautiful. Staff is on hand 24/7. Oi was super easy to talk to, and fulfilled all our wishes. She booked our trips on the boat to Phi Phi island and catamaran to James Bond island. "Expedia has this facility rated as 4 stars. Nothing could be a bigger lie.
