"The lady at reception didn´t speak english. Is was an adventure to make the check in and ask for city information. The man at the room service spoke more english than the receptionists!!. "Everything nice and clean.staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a bit cold as the hotel changed entire air conditioning weeks before our arrival, however reception kindly offered us an electric radiator. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choices, adults and kids happy with options. ..."
