"Stayed for three nights with my husband and another couple. Very convenient for getting to the falls and surrounding area. The apartment was clean, we didn't have any problems. Just wish the fridge was larger and maybe some towel hooks in the bathroom and hangers in the closets."

"House was as listed. Good sized rooms, balcony was a hit with the kids, and house was a 7 minute drive from the national park. Easy! Minor housekeeping issues: Top bunk sheets were dirty and had hair, when we rolled down the blankets for my kids. Glasses had lip marks and needed to be rewashed before using. Another roll of paper towels would have been appreciated. Otherwise, good home base for a great eclipse trip!"

"The property was very clean and a great size for my husband and I. It was very close to Niagara Falls and some of the other local attractions we stopped at (Underground Railroad Museum & Village Bake Shop in Lewiston). Host was very easy to communicate with via messaging. The board games in the property were fun and we enjoyed playing some of those in the evening."

"My husband and I were in town for a wedding. Carriage house was absolutely perfect for us! Very walkable to many shops, restaurants, and the river. Kitchen was well stocked with all the basic amenities. Behalf bathroom was such a nice bonus. Home is historic and The property is Very nice with lots of seating areas outside. Peaked into some of the windows around the main house and that looks just as lovely. Communication and contact with host was excellent!! We will be coming back again this...

"We rented the lower apartment. Visited family and the Falls. No problems with arrivals at the apartment. It was clean and updated. The kitchen has everything in it, if you want to cook. The neighborhood was quiet. Enough places to have some good food or a coffee downtown North Tonawanda."

"We had a great stay at Niagara at this location. The space is nice, up to date, and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and prepare our meals. The falls are a short walk away - under 15 minutes to the Maid of the Mist / Observation Tower if you follow the path from the Aquarium / Niagara Gorge Discovery Center. We also walked across to the Canada side (bring your passports!) and viewed from over there as well. We would visit again!"

"Sometimes photos lie. In this case, everything was as promised! We had what we needed and more! Thank you for the wine and chocolates- a nice touch. It was just the perfect place for family to meet up and spend a couple of days together."

"Great location and a beautiful clean 1 bedroom place. The walls were not soundproofed with insulation so when the other tenants came and went we thought they were in our unit. My wife actually sat up and said ...Hello, Who is in here? The neighborhood is in transition and there were a couple of homes in less than perfect condition but, it was a safe, NEW, clean place close to everything. Go and enjoy."

"My mom and I traveled “home” for a celebration of life and Jillian and this place couldn’t have been more welcoming. The decor is artsy and colorful, the textures are layered, the beds are over-the-top comfortable! The little extras she pours into the space really set this apart from any other rental I’ve had. "Neighborhood, outside of the house, and stairways were sketchy! The inside of the apartment was nice and had enough space. It was great location as far as distance to Niagara, but it did not feel safe. Only down fall inside was that we didn’t get more towels until the last night of our trip. It was priced fairly! Overall the apartment was fine."
