5/5 - Excellent
Brazil side is good for expansive views and needs only 3 hours, while the Argentina side has 3 great walks giving different experiences and good dining options, so take most of a day for this side.

If you take the boat ride, you WILL GET SOAKED :) It was the highlight of our visit.
Go to the Argentinian side. Budget a full day. Bring cash to exchange for Argentinian pesos. Wear comfortable shoes. Bring a raincoat. Bring food for yourselves but do NOT feed the animals, especially the igwanates (coatis).
I highly recommend the nautical adventure boat trip under and around the bottom of the falls...
The best views are from Brazil side.
