"It was a little difficult to find, however we made it. Loved, Loved, did I mentioned that we Loved it there. So gracious host we so loved them, so very nice and caring people. We cried to leave this beautiful area. The gardener did not speak English but was so very friendly. We Loved the dog's they had, Rottweilers so so friendly, we got some treats to give them and they showed up every morning like they knew us forever. They came to visit us in the morning while we sat on the patio."

"I hesitate to write this because i'd like the place to myself lol..all jokes aside this place is just majestic. Everything ive asked for in a home. The location was remote nestled up in the mountains with a beautiful scenic view of the tropical rain forest in the far distance. The architecture of the home is extremely modern decked out with paintings, statues, pin point lighting highlighting every detail of the home. "This is a lovely clean home in a quintessential Tico neighborhood with secure off street parking. Very safe in a very tasteful way. Prettiest bathroom I've seen in Costa Rica. A couple of fans would have been nice in the afternoon. But we had perfect weather so it wasn't too bad really. The location was a challenge at first but then proved to be ideal. I would stay here again."

"Das Objekt ist von der Lage, Größe,Gestaltung und von der Kommunikation her einfach vorbildlich. Ana Maria war immer zu erreichen und Probleme (Kleinigkeiten) wurden sofort behoben. Wir haben das Objekt nach knapp 5 Wochen wahrlich unter Tränen verlassen. Besonders die immer freundlich Stimmung unter den Angestellten und Ana Maria hat uns sehr gefallen."

"First the good: the home is very clean and fairly updated. There is secured parking for your car. There is an OK Soda around the corner that does fried chicken and hamburgers. There is a nice little bakery next to it and a small grocery store on the corner. All within an easy walk. The not-as-good: there are no fans in the house and it was quite hot. Opening the door and windows does help it cool down in the evening, but then everyone can see into the house and you hear every little thing on...

"Casa muy grande y muy cómoda. De fácil acceso. Cerca de San José. La casa muy cerca del centro de Pérez Zeledón, con muchos supermercados , panaderías y farmacias disponibles. Excelente campo para mascotas. Un 100 por permitir mascotas sin restricciones de tamaño. Contacto 100% con la naturaleza. Payton es un gran anfitrión. La renta incluye personal de servicio y limpieza de la piscina cada dos días, lo cual es excelente. Katerine y Yorky fueron muy amables siempre."

"The place was beautiful. It was clean on arrival. We stayed 4 nights. The wifi only worked one day. We had clean up service 3 out of the 4 days. The security of the grounds were spot on. The complex was a little hard to find. But if you get a cab with a driver familure with the area it's ok. The price was really good and inexpensive. The bed was a tad hard. But all in all we would stay again. "
