This property is just not worth 400 usd per night. No services, 16 minutes away from town, room was really hot and old, no amenities. My God, 400 usd per night for this????

Buen hotel limpio y cómodo
Son habitaciones independientes, con su lugar de estacionamiento al frente. Estaba en buenas condiciones, limpio, la cama cómoda, áreas comunes tranquilas, solo está un poco alejado del centro, pero en coche llegas rápido.

Excelente lugar para quedarse.
Todo bien , solo fue complicado llegar al lugar, no había buena señal de internet en mi móvil y no funcionaba el gps.

Muy acogedor y perfecto para descansar
Realmente acogedor el lugar. La atención para el check-in fue muy rápida y amable. La habitación es bien espaciosa y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar un par de días de descanso (refrigerador, baño, calefacción, tv, café, estacionamiento privado). A pesar de ser un lugar alejado del centro, se puede llegar perfectamente caminando. Lo único que sugiero es mejorar el Wi-Fi, ya que por un tema puntual se necesitó de una buena señal y ésta era bastante inestable. Salvo por eso, todo fue muy bueno y elegiría este lugar sin duda alguna otra vez.

Habitación muy espaciosa, con todo lo necesario. En la habitación había información de Carmel, lo siempre es de agradecer. Hemos viajado por doferentes moteles en un road trio y en este echamos de menos una atención mejor, no fue mala, pero si fría. Como no dan desayunos, preguntamos doónde podríamos desayunar bien y simolemente nos dio un mapa, sin explicar más. El hltem está a 5 minutoa en coche del precioso pueblo.

Esta bien ubicado a aproximadamente 900 metros del centro de Carmel. La habitacion era amplia pero el baño podria haber estado mejor. Muy amable el chico de recepcion

Very clean and comfortable. We do usually find a bathroom in such excellent condition with good drainage. Could walk to town.

I had a small, cozy cabin for myself. I liked everything about it except the bathroom window wouldn’t lock closed; but i only discovered that at 11pm and didn’t want to raise an issue so late at night. These are old little cabins, but well maintained and clean.

Convenient, comfortable and affordable. Pavement on the property is in terrible condition. The road on the property is narrow and challenging to drive/park.

The cabins are cute and clean. The property is in a good location to access the town and beach.. The only downside is that the internet connection was poor. I would stay there again.

First of all, there is no "real" address to find the place, and it took us 30 minutes to find it. It wasn't where our GPS told us, because it's an imprecise address. Secondly, the Internet was bad, and finding it became all but impossible without any Internet service in the area. Finally, the front desk person was unhelpful; no suggestions for places to eat, nothing. Overall, a below average experience because of the above reasons. But, the place was clean. Also, the tv was small; hard to watch a basketball game. It's as if we were prisoners there because of poor Internet/wifi.

Great stay at the Carmel resort inn! I will definitely be back! The cottages are adorable and well spaced out, which is what we were looking for! The property itself is sooo cute and in a great location! Not quite right in downtown so you get the cute neighborhood vibes but a 3 min drive or 12 min walk to bars restaurants. The room was very clean and cute! Definitely would recommend staying here! Oh! And it’s dog friendly!! Score!!!

Just be honest…
This place continues to be a great Carmel deal as long as you don’t need luxury. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a good experience checking in. We wanted a unit that did not share walls (one the the things we like most about this place) and the person checking us in basically blew off the request. Each time I asked about a particular unit being available, he immediately said it wasn’t even though he didn’t bother to look (and they weren’t sold out because I checked for openings).

Room was a bit larger than necessary. Coffee maker and coffee were good. Could hear noise from next unit. Steps can be difficult to negotiate (no marking on edges), otherwise no problem encountered. Difficult to walk on the streets at night without additional lighting.

I liked that each room is a separate cottage. I didn’t like that the property was not really walkable to the shopping areas of town.
