"Situated in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, and the ocean, the cottage offered a perfect balance of comfort, privacy and convenience. The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed being able to read, write, and bird watch on the private balcony that overlooks a tranquil garden. On-street parking was readily available anytime of day and check-in/check-out was easy as pie. Many thanks to Mark and Marty for being excellent hosts! Hope to see you again...

"This vacation rental is well run by customer-focused staff who keep in touch and respond to questions and needs. We found the apartment very clean and well decorated. "House could have been cleaner. There was cobwebs and dust on walls ceilings and fans. Great house otherwise. Lots to do in it including pool table, ping pong and hot tub. Great closed in yard for our dog also!! All in all we would definitely stay here again.👍👍"

"We stayed here for the night before and the night of our wedding. House was amazing. Everyone said they felt like they were at Disneyland!! Pool was unbelievable. My kids got to enjoy it the first night and I could barely get them out! April was amazing. Easy to reach and so kind when the boys got a little too loud in the jacuzzi. We will definitely be back!"

"Everything was great, Mei had great recommendations for local places and was even consider enough to provide hand sanitizer and cleaning toilettes, parking on the street was super easy and it didn’t take more than 5 minutes each time. "We absolutely loved our time staying in Sunset House on Pacific Beach. We are a family of five and this home away from home worked great for us. The ocean views and sunsets are stunning. "Everything about our stay was perfect. The location. The rooms, the kitchen, the view! It was just a beautiful home. The bunk beds allowed for my 3 teens to share a room but not share a bed. The closeness to the beach allowed for easy access back and forth to the beach. Loved that it was so close to all the restaurants and shops. I would stay here again f we came back to san diego. "We found our stay at Marbella very enjoyable. Our king corner unit had a great view of the ocean and pier. The sound of the waves in the evening was very relaxing. We did yoga on the patio one day which was great. The rooms and bathrooms are on the small side but comfortable. The location is great. Highly recommend this place. "
