I really like this place for a long stay. I walked to the store and cooked in the room. It was quiet and I got some work done. The tv went out every weekend but oh well.

Great customer service parking is right around the corner. Restaurants are nearby. Lots of places to visit walking distance. Staff was really good.

Easy to go around. I really liked the laundry service. I was really surprised about the street noise, but I guess that is every where. The tv didn't work properly.

Is a good room
Well maintained room, but there is no one to clean the rooms daily, or change the towels. Bring your own soap, shampoo and toilet paper.

Convenient location near cafes and markets
Very clean stay with modern appliances. I loved the kitchen set up in the private suites, the hotel is very close to the supermarket. I was able to check in after 8pm, but definitely let hotel know so you can receive the instructions prior to arrival.

The Place was clean, but room service was very limited. Desk service was hardly there and so keys were given to lock security gate we you leave and open when you arrive. There was no room service during our stay, so rooms were never done and had to ask soap or any items when ever you see a worker in the building.

This place is awesome. Great price, super clean, great staff, they even have on site laundry. The layout of the rooms, with the desk, and kitchen make you feel very at home and the staff is very kind. The location is great, across the Main Street from Hotel Intercontinental and Hotel Dann, shopping, restaurants, etc. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Cali.
