Ein bisschen schade ist es, dass man keine Liegen hat, um auch am eigenen Pool zu liegen und auch einen funktionstüchtigen Sonnenschirm für die Terrasse haben wir vermisst. "Wir waren im August 2023 mit 2 Teenagern und unserm Hund dort. Obwohl die Haushälfte zum Hang zeigte war es sehr hell und von den beiden Terrassen vor und hinter dem Haus gab es einen tollen Blick Richtung Meer. Die angegebenen 1 km bis zum Strand sind wohl Luftlinie, also zu Fuß nicht zu machen da es steil bergauf- und ab geht. Aber mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten am Strand. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist sehr schön und in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen. Mit Liegen und Außendusche zwischen Bäumen...

Région un peu moins touristique que le sud calabrais mais de très beaux endroits, belles marinas, bons restaurants etc alentours. Attention peu de gens parlent anglais mais on s’en sort très bien ! "Großes helles Haus mit schönen Sitzmöglichkeiten ums Haus herum! Mit dem Auto ca 15 min von Pizzo entfernt, auch Lamezia terme ist in knapp 30 min gut zu erreichen. Anlage ist angenehm ruhig und mit eigenem Strandzugang. Ein Zweiter Schlüssel für die jungen Leute wurde von Rossella problemlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden!"

"Siamo stati benissimo una settimana alla villa Letizia, in famiglia, un gruppo di 12 con bimbi. Bel posto con un bellissimo giardino e panorama, vista sul mare stupenda. La casa è grande e comoda. La piscina è bella grande. La communicazione con Anna è stata molto facile, ha sempre risposto rapidamente. La casa è un po difficile da trovare (forse un cartello all'inizio del camino potrebbe aiutare) e la strada un po stretta ma niente di insormontabile e il panorama ne vale la pena :)...

Casa ideale per un gruppo di amici: fino ad 8 posti letto (4 al piano superiore e 4 nel piano sottoterra), due bagni e cortile esterno dove poter cenare la sera. "Antonio was an amazing host and the house was perfect for our needs. It was spacious and the views were incredible!! Antonio’s mother was so accommodating and greeted us even though it was nearly 3am by the time we arrived, on a night before work! She had provided us with snacks and homemade bread. She ended up making us a tarimasu, a homemade lasagna and fried zucchini all of which were amazing!!! The pool was a perfect escape from the heat and overall just an amazing experience.
