Hello Silvio, We just wanted to thank you once again for having chosen us for your trip to Buenos Aires. We really appreciate all our guests' comments and suggestions, as a growing business those are very important to improve our services. On the apartment we always leave a bottle of water on the fridge and a bottle of Argentinian Malbec wine as a complimentary courtesy. If for some reason our staff while preparing the apartment to receive you, forgot to left the water, we apologize and if we would have known at the moment we would have provided one right away. Also, as you booked through this site, your reservation had daily cleaning included, we left a grey tag in the apartment that you can put outside the door every day you want it. We are sorry if that was not clear or not explained to you properly during the check-in. We care about our guest very much and we try to make all of them feel at home. Thank you very much and we hope to have you both staying with us again.
