No tienen caja de seguridad en los cuartos, lo cual es un problema, es una necesidad que se me hace increíble no la tengan. Aparte limpian el cuarto cada tercer día, no es diario como debería ser.

Good day. We appreciate you taking the time to provide us feedback of your stay. It is correct we do not have in room safes; however, we do provide safe and key at the front desk. Rest assured it is secure as the guest who is assigned to the safe is the only one with the key to gain access. Our housekeeping services are defaulted to be cleaned every other day of your stay; however, we are more than happy to assign our guests daily cleaning upon request. We hope you choose to stay with us on your next trip to Buena Park and give us a second chance. We look forward to hosting you and your family.

The check-in was fabulous, as you have an asset in "Ehsan", the great female behind the desk. She helped us in a way that really made our vacation stay awesome. And then the next morning she was pleasant behind the counter at the coffee stand. I give her representation an A . THANK YOU EHSAN!!!

The staff were all very friendly and the rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. The location was perfect since were playing in a nearby golf tournament. We would stay at this property again!

I would have considered five stars, but after a long plane ride & rush hour traffic, the vibe at the check-in counter did not alleviate these travel stressors. A simple scripted greeting, a short convo, and a little pleasant personality would have made us feel relaxed & welcome. I guess the first impression lasts; the check-in guy was so flat and borderline impolite, the energy he gave us was off, and he seemed not enthused, disgruntled & tired himself. The shower drain is clogged, toilet seat is loose and for a marriot owned property the bathroom is not pristine or below standards. Overall, its ok, $12 parking fee is ridiculous on top of high rate for an average sized hotel room. Not likely to stay here again in the future.

Trash in the closet when we got there. No microwaves in the room. Coffee was cold and they only provided dark roast in the room. I liked how close to knotts the hotel is.
