Sin embargo, lamentamos que las habitaciones no hayan cumplido completamente tus expectativas en cuanto a la terraza, la vista y la iluminación.En cuanto al problema de agua que mencionas, nos entristece que hayas experimentado dificultades durante tu estancia. Entendemos que los problemas de suministro de agua pueden ser frustrantes, en este caso fue una situación que se escapa de nuestro centrol ya que fue debido a un racionamiento de agua implementado por las autoridades locales y nos vimos en la necesidad de ajustar los horarios de suministro de agua en nuestras instalaciones. Esta medida se debe a la escasez de recursos hídricos en la región y tiene como objetivo garantizar el uso equitativo y responsable del agua. Tomamos en serio estos problemas y trabajamos siempre en encontrar soluciones para garantizar que nuestros huéspedes disfruten de un suministro adecuado de agua en todo momento.Por otro lado, nos complace saber que apreciaste la ubicación conveniente de nuestro hotel, cerca de un supermercado y cafeterías.
