Hotel eminentemente funcional. Espacios comunes sin lujo ni adorno. Habitaciones amplias y funcionales sin lujo ni adorno. Proximo a la estacion de metro Büllow Strasse que facilita los desplazamientos.

Las fotos NADA tienen que ver con lo que es, aquí hay que decir que nos sentimos completamente engañados. El edificio es muy viejo y las habitaciones parecen aulas de escuela de 1940. La moqueta (alfombra) tambien parece un recuerdo de la 2ª guerra. No tiene ventilación ni aire acondicionado y la zona parece plagada de lugares de mala muerte que tienen musica alta hasta las 6am. No nos consiguieron ni un ventilador. La unica respuesta fue "Berlin está completo de gente, esto es lo que hay" También me encontré con bichos sobre la cama. En 2 palabras: Un desastre.

The hotel is well located in front of the metro station. However, the bathrooms were very small. The worst thing was, it was a family trip where there was an emergency in the same hotel and the staff could not respond. We understand that the staff is lacking in customer service training and basic knowledge about the hotel itself. One of the family members had a fall in the hotel bathroom and the staff did not know how to answer if the hospital took care of the hospital expenses, but did not ask at any time if he was well, they did not give him the opportunity to check out later, in short, not even a glass of water was offered to us while the emergency was in the same hotel. Very bad customer service, a shame. El hotel esta bien ubicado frente a la estacion del metro. Sin embargolos banos eran muy pequenos. Lo peor, era un viaje familair donde se tuvo una emergencia en el mismo hotel y el personal no supo responder. Entendemos que le falta muchisimo adiestramiento al personal sobre servicio al cliente y sobre conocimientos basico sobre el mismo hotel. Uno de los miembros de la familia tuvo una caida en el bano de hotel y el personal no lo no supo responder si el hospital se hacia cargo de los gastos del hospital sino tampoco preguntaron en ningun momento si se estaba bien, no dieron la oportunidad de hacer check out mas tarde, en fin ni un vaso de agua nos ofrecieron mientra la emergencia fue en el mismo hotel Servicio al cliente muy malo, una pena.

No confirmaron la reserva, y tuve que llamar el dia antes de nuestra llegada, pero ho hubo ningún problema. Los baños son nuevos y están muy bien, los colchones y las almohadas son muy cómodos. Hay estaciones de metro muy próximas. El personal de recepción siempre fue atento con nosotros. No limpian las tazas que se usan en el servicio de cafe/te de la habitación, ni reponen lo consumido, una pena.

Habitación con tres camas individuales y moqueta. La calefacción muy floja por lo que no estaba lo suficientemente caliente. La tv no funcionaba. El baño limpio y agua caliente. El personal muy amable. Nos dejaron meter maletas en consigna antes de la hora de entrada

La limpieza de la habitacion esta muy bien. El precio asequible. La estacion de metro esta a dos minutos, lo que facilita los desplazamientos. Como negativo, que la habitacion no es tan grande ni tan nueva como aparece en las fotos, que distan bastante de la realidad. El baño muy pequeño.

Fair rate for the type of room, good insulation and cleanliness, very good and friendly cleaning service, on the other hand the reception department should give them a course on how to handle customers properly, arrogant attitude of some receptionist and unwilling to help with the problem we had.

No pude ir.... y tuve que pagar..... el COVID :(
No pude saber que tal el hotel xq no pude viajar desde Barcelona por las restricciones....que las fronteras abiertas... que las van a cerrar... etc. etc. Así, no se puede viajar.... Y ya se hizo tarde para llamar y avisar que no alcanzaba a ir, x lo tanto, perdí mi viaje y el dinero del pago del hotel x ser tarifa no reembolsable... y la verdad el precio era bastante diferente entre una y otra. No pude ir y tuve que pagar!!!!!

SITUATED JUST OUTSIDE OF THE CITY ATTRACTIONS BUT VERY CLOSE TO THE UBAHN WHICH IS VERY USEFUL. THE STAFF WERE HELPFUL AND POLITE AND THE ROOM WAS SPACIOUS BUT VERY DATED AND THE FURNITURE / CARPETS WERE WORN. SET WITHIN A NICE AREA AND CLOSE TO AMENITIES SUCH AS A SUPERMARKET. GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY AND EVEN THOUGH IT WAS DATED, I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.

The hotel was a great location for getting around the city easily. There are many restaurants and shops nearby which is convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful when needed.

Hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité/prix, chambre propre dans l'ensemble mais peu d'équipements y sont présents (impossible d'allumer la TV par exemple). En revanche la proximité immédiate avec le métro et le petit-déjeuner ont été très appréciés. Je recommande.

Camera un po' vecchia con moquette e necessaria di qualche ammodernamento, comunque pulita, bagno piccolo. Hotel comodo ai mezzi e in mezz'ora anche a piedi per il centro.
