It is the second time that I have stayed at the hotel. When I arrived, they offered me a more comfortable room since I had booked for $35 more. To my disappointment, it was the same as the one I had booked. They did not change the sheets or towels. I felt cheated.

Habitaciones sucia el baño con pelos ,el building no dieron las habitaciones donde se fuma ,peste a mariguana, por todo el pasillo y habitaciones ,no quiero saber mas de ese hotel, los casinos y negocios muy buenos

En el check in nos cobraron un valor de security considero importante detallar eso en el vocher entregado ya que tuve que realizar una fila larga porq no sabía de que me estaban cobrando

No fue lo que esperaba, hice una reserva de habitación matrimonial ya que ese día fue mi matrimonio y la habitación que me dieron fue muy distinta llame en repetidas ocasiones a la recepción y NO obtuve respuesta. ya había cancelado con anticipación y cuando llegamos nos pidieron un depósito el cual dijeron que lo devolvían en su totalidad al siguiente día , pero NO sucedió, también fue muy incómodo el olor a cigarrillo por los pasillos, sería bueno que tuviese áreas para fumadores.

Nunca es fácil leer cómo no cumplimos con las expectativas. Pero apreciamos el tiempo que se ha tomado para hacérnoslo saber. Esperamos tener otra oportunidad de ofrecer una experiencia de 5 estrellas.
