You are correct that they should note the charge and that valet is all that is available at our property due to our lot constraints. Our breakfast room door lock has been addressed and updated with the proper timing. The breakfast room does serve all the until 9:30 each day, and I am very sorry to hear that your interactions with the team were unsatisfactory. Rest assured feedback will be reviewed with all our team members as we constantly reinforce our goal of not only meeting, but exceeding your expectations. Thank you again for comments.
