Dear Sir and Madam All requests and repairs made by the costumers during their stay are promptly answered. In relation to the refrigerator tray, the red coloration was rust from the resistance of the refrigerator and defrosting, and not blood! When the guest delivered the tray to the receptionist, was immediately solicited the cleaning to the Housekeeping and the delivery of the tray to the apartment. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience , however Ourabay Hotel and Staff work every day to provide a excellence service to the guests, to also make their stay the best it can be.
