I read many good reviews about this hotel that I was expecting something really fantastic. What I found out was not a "Glamping", but more much of a "Camping" experience and is not like being in the jungle, but more in a outdoor-fenced lot. There is not a very friendly staff, but merely people "doing their job", the cenote inside the property is more close to being a swamp than a cenote, and the bicycles which they facilitate to move around are in terrible conditions (flat tires, rusted and loose parts). The rooms are "ok" and very clean, but the problem is that there is only one small fan and –during summer at least– it's almost impossible to have a good night sleep as the tent gets really, really hot inside. Also, the beach is kind of far a way, you need to cross the highway and all the town of Akumal to get there, about a 15-20 min -not very pleasant- bike ride. If you're looking for a real Glamping experience, I would definitively not recommend this hotel, look for Serenity Camp in Xpu-Ha.
