"It's a huge, modern glass home that will make you feel like a movie star. It's located in a gated community that requires checking in with security at the gate. It only takes a second, but that gives you a good feeling about security and safety. It was nice to have a garage for the car and a pool to relax! Very private back yard and quiet at night. "The location is absolutely gorgeous, if you don't mind a built-up area. The snorkelling just off the beach is great. Seeing the sunrise from the bed was a great experience. Unfortunately, everything felt a bit old and not really clean. We had to wash all dishes before we could use them. The bed sheets did not feel as fresh as in other places. The owners are very nice and were very flexible when we mixed up the check out time and did not vacate early enough. Thanks for a great stay!"

Esta en una ubicacion hermosa, el mar esta a 1 min caminando es una area privada por lo que teniamos toda la playa para nosotros, vimos tortugas, mantarrayas perfecto lugar para Padel y snorkel, ademas hay un beach club, cerca hay muchos cenotes y tulum no es muy lejos. La atencion que nos dio el Host fue excelente, no hizo recomendaciones muy buenas. Pasamos muy lindos días...

The propierty, with very confortable accomodations, and fully furnished with Art pieces from all Mexico. "From start to finish the stay at Villa de la playa was great. Communication with the host was quick and Emilio was always there if we needed anything. We had a group of 11 and had plenty of space. The pool was refreshing on the hot humid days and even though it is a rocky area in front of the house, the ocean was amazing. A great area for snorkeling. There are iguanas that live in the rocks next to the pool and they come out to visit while you are sitting outside, definitely fun for the kids....

On pictures unit looked even better, 2 story, 2 king beds and "sofa bed " that was for kids sleeping. Unfortunately, sofa bed is broken and old, not possible to sleep on it. Also, we had no washer, A/c in upper bedroom not working.
