"Es war ein super Urlaub, die Unterkunft war gut und die Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Information auf der Website bezüglich des Pools war etwas irreführend, da wir alle nicht damit gerechnet haben, dass es einen Gemeinschaftspool geben wird. Dieser wurde sich mit weiteren Familien/ Gästen auf dem Gelände und in der Umgebung geteilt. Trotzdem hat man sich damit arrangieren und daran gewöhnen können. Mit den anderen Gästen in der Nachbarschaft gab es ebenfalls keine Probleme."

Carlo was very friendly and communicative and helped us settle in and book a couple of excursions. The beach sunbeds were also great. Miguel cooked for us during the week. He is an exceptionally talented cook and was very accommodating of our varied preferences across the group. We hope very much to return one day :-)"

"The property is absolutely perfect for a relaxed country holiday, and is only 15 minutes drive from the sea. The countryside around the house is stunning, the decor and furnishings gorgeous and everything was immaculately clean. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. "Das Anwesen ist geräumig mit genügend und sehr sauberen Bädern. Der Pool ist topp und sehr gut gepflegt. Die Hausverwalterin war immer ansprechbar und hatte gute Tipps für Ausflüge. Die Küche ist sehr groß mit tollen Herden und einer guten Industriespülmaschine. Einziges Manko: Die Küchenutensilien sind mangelhaft. Kein Wasserkocher, kein Quirl, stumpfe Messer... Da könnte noch etwas nachgebessert werden. Alles in allem hat es meiner Familie und mir sehr gut gefallen."

Non avevamo la piscina perché ancora non era periodo, quindi chiedete prima. Proprietari disponibili e cordiali, nessun problema durante il soggiorno, forse solo i letti un po' morbidi. Judy was really helpful, has a long list of recommendations and thanks to her we had a chef coming to make a dinner at the place for the whole group of 16. The fact that the house is so great detached in the Marche countryside, on the other hand, means that it is not well possible to reach it without a car. The nearest airport in Ancona is 1:20 hours drive, the nearest train station with good...

"Unser Aufenthalt in einer Gruppe von 20 Personal, alles Familien mit Kindern war wirklich sehr erholsame. Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Kinder und die Erwachsenen hattten auf dem Grundstücke genug Platz um gemeinsame zu verweilen oder auch sich zurück zu ziehn. Ein toller Pool, guter Zufahrtsweg und der Strand nur 20 Minuten mit dem Auto haben den Aufenthalt abgerundet. "wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in dem Haus mit Pool verbracht. Der Pool war ausreichend groß für uns 4, der Garten schön und auch groß mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich auszubreiten und die 3 Tische für die Mahlzeiten zu stellen. Jeden Morgen kam Lino vorbei und hat sich um die Aussenanlagen gekümmert und 2 mal gab es frische Eier von den Hühnern. Das Haus ist zwar Baujahr 1980 aber die Ausstattung war ausreichend und es hat an fast nichts gefehlt, so dass wir einen schönen Urlaub verbrachten"

"Marchetti Villa was the perfect place to stay and explore the Cupra Marittima area. The villa and pool were clean and comfortable for our family group of 6 adults and 2 kids. Tommaso met us when we arrived and showed us the house, gardens, pool and fruit trees. Tommaso helped us find a cooking lesson with a local lady, which was a wonderful experience. We had an exceptional fixed price supper at PepeNero and another fine dining experience with farm fresh ingredients at the La Fattoria di Lori....
