Join an unforgettable 3-day trip to see the natural highlights of east Java. Visit Mount Bromo, the Madakaripura waterfall, and the Ijen crater.

Day 1
Head straight to Bromo, where you’ll stay overnight in a Tosari village hotel. After a safety briefing and kit check, enjoy free time in the evening.

Day 2
In the morning, travel by 4x4 vehicle to Mount Pananjakan to watch the sunrise from the viewpoint on the rim of the Tengger Caldera. Continue to the active Mount Bromo volcano to see the crater before heading back to the hotel for breakfast. Stop for lunch on the way to Banyuwangi, where you’ll check in at your hotel.

Day 3
Start out early to see Ijen’s blue-flame panorama at its best. There is a tough descent down into the caldera to see the blue flames and to reach the turquoise lake. Head back up to the crater rim to take in the spectacular sunrise, before the descent back to the car.
