We had a great weekend stay while attending wedding festivities and the ceremony at Harkness State Park. The location was terrific and Tiffany was very responsive when we had an issue with no hot water on our first day. Problem was solved quickly. Would stay here again if I were traveling to Waterford in the future.

Centrally located for our family gatherings. The house was well maintained and we were very pleased with our stay. Plenty of outdoor space and all the amenities. Communication with the host was timely and informative. We had no issues during our stay. We would stay here again.

We rented this house for a trip to visit our son who relocated to the area and were very pleased with the house. Would definitely stay here again the next time we return for another visit. Everything was up to date, clean and nicely decorated and the host was very pleasant.

This past April, my family enjoyed a small weekend trip for Easter at this beautiful house. Everything was very clean and organized. Our host was extremely welcoming and accommodating. When we arrived at the property, we were greeted with a gift basket filled with treats for the whole family- including our dog! Our stay truly became our home away from home for our weekend visit.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The neighborhood is quite but very close to multiple beaches and state parks. The house is spacious, clean, and honestly it exceeded our expectations. I will go back there with my family and I highly recommend it.

My wife and I and her 94 year old Mom stayed at this location to attend a nephew's wedding nearby. The house was spotless, very comfortable. My wife's Mom stayed on the first floor using the sofabed and restroom on the first floor so she didn't need to climb stairs. Perfect for her! The location is very convenient to shopping. Check in and check out were super easy. Tiffany was very responsive to answer questions. Would definitely stay again next time we're in the area.

Have rented many properties over the years and this one is the best ever! It’s immaculate, decorating is tasteful (and fun), everything is very well organized and absolutely anything we needed was provided! We had a great evening choosing and playing games. Wish we had more time and better weather to enjoy the lovely outdoor area. We were extremely grateful for Tiffany’s sweet notes and helpfulness!

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was well appointed and decorated. The property was peaceful and beautiful though there was some traffic noise. We would stay here again! The host, TiffNy was friendly and easy to reach.

This was an absolutely gorgeous property I loved the wood furniture and floors… the decor even mixed with a modern touch reminds one of simpler times. As soon as I walked in, I could feel the stress ease in the very tranquil setting almost like time slowed. The property, even next to a road feels hidden. It has a huge back yard that our pup could run until he exhausted and my husband could play basketball until he exhausted. It is a great central point for heading into downtown Waterford, New London, Groton, and Mystic all within 20 minutes. We were able to do day trips into Massachusetts, New York, Maine, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. The property host, Tiff, was amazing. She was very responsive to any questions we had, even offering suggestions. She left a parking pass for a day at the beach. That may not seem like a big deal but coming from a city that always has parking issues and high priced parking…well, then you know. We loved this property and will definitely book again. You cannot go wrong with doing the same. Thanks, Tiff we enoyed the stay so very much!

Our family of 6 stayed here when celebrating a wedding at nearby Eolia Mansion. The home was nicely decorated, spotless, our dog was welcome, and the kids told their friends, “OUR rental house has toys!” Tiffany was quick to respond to any questions we had. We are so happy we chose this home!

We decided last minute to getaway for a few days before heading back to school. We were so delighted that we found this house. It was perfect. It was more than a house, it was a home. It had so many extra touches that were intended to make our stay extra special! We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay in Waterford! The house was a great base for local attractions such as the aquarium and seaport museum in Mystic. The house also came with a pass for Waterford Beach, which is really nice. We barbecued each night on the grill and ate on the patio. Tiffany’s a terrific host - very responsive and helpful with area tips. We look forward to returning!

We were visiting the area for a college tour for our daughter, and staying at Tiffany's property was exactly what we needed to get a feel for what living in the area would feel like. The home is cozy and impeccably clean - the St. Patrick's Day gnome decorations were wonderful and showed the host's attention to detail (and whimsy). Tiffany's communication was excellent, the fridge and cabinets had any odd or end we might have needed, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and implements for the very little cooking we did. Super easy drive into New London for everything we had come to do!
