Excellent location and comfort for families

We were in town to mainly see the Smithsonian Museums and visit friends and this was the perfect place for a family. Two spacious bedrooms were comfortable to sleep and move around in, there's even an office we mainly used for suitcase storage as we used the ample closet space for clothes. One bedroom has an attached bathroom. The only tricky part was working the central heating/cooling take the time to read their guide and you'll be fine.Hosts were easy to communicate with and very prompt in response and accommodation. We were really grateful for late check-out that allowed the kids to squeeze in naps before we left.

Crystal City Courtyard View

Wonderful — All was very good. Wish the Master bed had a soft topper - but that’s a personal preference. Only complaint is buildings new high speed elevators can barely be heard, from any room in line with the elevators, no matter how far away. I am a super light sleeper — so I was very glad there were a couple portable fans in the apartment that I used during the night as sound conditioner. Overall great experience.

Mind the time of year you choose this place

place was clean- but only heat was available, when asked the contact said- we have fans and just open the window "whatever"- Would have been nice to know this going in. I was in and out of the room for work and did not feel comfortable leaving the widow open on the 2nd floor porch while gone so the unit was 80 degrees! the listing and the fees were VERY misleading upon the initial booking and you cant cancel- the extra fee for early check in was excessive but was advertised accurately- I DID not Appreciate being scolded to not talk to other staff at the apt complex to ask for hotel like services- I did not nor would I- the email and text messages that were directed at someone (not sure who) were overall rude and not necessary- the room at a iron but no ironing board so that was useless- also teh ENVITAE pre-stay paperwork and online portal is excessive - basically worse than TSA have to upload a pic of my licence etc. to another company that now has my ID And still had to check at the security desk. This amout of profiling is ridiculous and I Am not happy that i had to send a scan of my ID to a third party company- I will be searching and making sure that is ENVITAE is renting the place that I will be staying FAR FAR AWAY!

Great Family Location!!

This is a fantastic property! We spent a week touring D.C with our teenaged daughter, and this was the perfect home base. The building is perfectly situated in close proximity to the Metro Station and plenty of shops and restaurants. We also really enjoyed having the small, onsite convenience store for grabbing essentials. The unit itself had everything we needed, was clean, and the property managers were very communicative. We definitely made use of the pool with the 104° temperatures we survived all week. All in all, a fantastic experience!

Great location

The unit is very spacious and well-kept. The complex is very nice too and is located in a safe walkable area. It's also a short drive or Metro ride away from DC, Arlington Cemetery, and the DCA airport. We arrived during a heat warning, so the pool was a major benefit. It was open from 11-8, I believe. The concierge was very helpful and went over the top to ensure we were happy. I noticed the hair dryer and laundry/dish detergent were missing from the unit when we arrived, and the concierge made sure the items were delivered to us early the next day. Would definitely stay here again.

Our first Vrbo stay! WONDERFUL

This was our first time to Vrbo and it was wonderful. The property is gorgeous!! And the listing was spot on about the property. I do give this a 5 star the only thing I could complain about was the floor had not been mopped good. Our feet got very dirty after going barefoot. One other thing was the tubs were very clean, a good thing, and it made them very slippery so be careful not to fall. But it is beautiful and right across the street under the hotel Was the Metro. It will take you to anywhere you are wanting to go. A great stay!!

Convenient, clean and comfortable

Right by the subway, well appointed and easy to use, this lovely 2 bedroom apartment met all of my needs for my trip to DC. We were a quick ride from all the places we needed to go, the building was inviting and safe and the apartment was lovely.

Great location, clean and very well appointed.

All in all it was a very good stay. The only complaints I would have is the lack of garbage cans in the bathrooms and there was also no blow dryer which is probably typical of VRBOs and not a huge deal. There are a ton of dogs in this facility which is both joyful but sometimes noisy. :) The concierge folks were super kind and introduced us to all of the things to do in that area. The Metro is literally across the street which is a huge bonus. Could have used more toilet paper, hahaha. But again, that's not a big deal. We were close to Whole Foods and there is a small grocery downstairs in the South Tower. Would definitely consider this place again. Thanks
