Fue muy agradable la estadia desde el momento del check-in hasta el check-out. Muy buen desayuno con ampla variedad de elecion de alimentos. Buen menu y preparacion de comidas. Muy agradable poder relajar en muebles confortables en la alverca, piscina. La habitacion amplia suficiente, con diseno y muebles modernos. muy buen bano

Excelente estadía!
Muy buen hotel, con un énfasis de negocios, ubicado cómodamente, y para ser Trinidad, es una zona relativamente segura (siempre hay que andar con cuidado). La comida es buena, y las habitaciones muy cómodas. El servicio excelente con una hospitalidad y amabilidad extraordinaria.

The hotel is in a clisé walking dustance from a small mall where you can eat at diferent levels, Nornally healthy and the standard buffet or ordered breakfast is too greasy The room was goid, I have tribkevwith airvconditionungs, but in this casectheirvac had this timer option that works like for one hour and stops, this helped me go to sleep. Ut has electrónico safe inside, good amenities, Two bottles Of spring water complimentary I was able to move using public transportación, Samuel helped me understanding how it works, as they have this collective taxis going in strait routes at 4 ir 5 TTs, the taxis are expensive nornally from the airport to hotel they chsrge $35us but as I tried to get one after 10pm they "hot" me at $53us.... I was even able to go by myself to Marbella through San Fernando 17TTs by myself The west mall is close to the hotel, and sldo the Peak homecenter like one mille, you can easily take the collective I moved around with standard precauciones without feeling unsafe, people are courteus and gentlemen I noticed Employees do not care for emoloyeers, they just work enough and leave asap I went to see birds to Canoni, entrance 10us but the taxi to go there both ways 65us, so next time I will Rent a Car it would be much better I fid not take food st the hotel ut seened nice but too expensive Standard restaurants besides their price charge you 12.5 vat, Plus 10% service Plus tip. I walked down town is mainly Africans área, where San Fernando is Hindi area

The Hotel was situated next to the movietowne which was very convenient for other dining options. The reservation officer that checked us in was very nice and help sorted out whether breakfast was included in the price since this was hard to tell from the email received from Expedia or Marriott.

We appreciated the upgrade given to us for our family of four. The staff at the breakfast were most supportive and approachable with friendly smiles. They helped the kids and made the difference of service from the heart. This includes the reception agents and room service agents.

Stayed March 9-17 2024. The staff were all pleasant and happy to accommodate you. Response for any request was quick. The free wifi in the room is pretty good. The facility itself NEEDS updating, the furniture is old and I stayed in a suite with 1 bedroom & living room. The large bathroom in the room was the most updated and spacious (most spacious bthroom I've seen in a hotel anywhere). The pool was not available as it was under construction (since last year from the reviews I read). Worst of all the hotel menu is devoid of local dishes and choices for vegetarian/vegan …only salad or soup.😳😩 Thank God for the little shopping center within walking distance where you can find a few restaurants, Jaxx is not too bad.

We are pleased to let you know that the public spaces of the hotel will undergo a major renovation at the end of the year and we are sure that you will have an appreciation for the new designWe apologize that our options in the restaurant were limited but we can offer options to our guests that are not on the menu and we are sorry this wasn't made available to you.Our pool did have to undergo emergency works and we are sorry you did not get to enjoy it while you stayed with us. The duration of the work did not extend from last year as this was a separate project that limited access to the poolside for a short period.Please be sure to let us know if you are returning at any point in the future and we would be more than happy to ensure that we meet all your expectations on your next stay!

Property is very nice, staff is friendly and rooms are spotless. Only negative for us was, we booked two rooms on one reservation (one month ahead) for a birthday celebration and they did not give us adjoining rooms. When we realized it and requested adjoining rooms at the check-in counter they could not make it happen as they were fully booked. Otherwise, very nice stay.

Staff extremely friendly. Grounds nice and clean smoke friendly in courtyard pool was close for renovations but that’s ok. The games provided by hotel kept us entertained. Aron was super nice and knowledgeable. Always greeted with a smile. Overall 9/10

The best service was offered by the food counter managers. Their support staff required a lot of direction. The front desk was hopeless. Everyone was very friendly, regardless of capabilities. I would love to go back to the island. Will stay somewhere else.

Excellent hotel. Hotel is well maintained, clean, comfortable and secure. The staff were welcoming, very friendly and made you feel at home. I added breakfast and it was excellent worth the additional cost. There was a happy hour and the staff the evening I went - Ian, Kernisha and Shanice - were great. Highly recommend this hotel.

Our 2 night stay was as expected. The room was very comfortable, breakfast delicious with many choices. Our only complaint is that we could have used a little more space to open our large suitcases. We stayed in a Superior room with a balcony.

My family and I spent the weekend at Marriott for a birthday. The stay was truly amazing! The hotel was very clean and gorgeously decorated for christmas.The staff were super friendly and attentive, meeting our every need. They truly made the weekend one to remember.
