REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE
I arrive at 1:20 AM from the airport and they told me that because of my arrival time they needed to do a doublecheck with the manager to be able to check me in, this tooked 20 min and then they came and told me that the only room available smelled like smoke because the guest before me smoked ( i booked a non smoker room) they say i should try this one because they have non other. then i went in and i notice that i smelled really strong and that i could not sleep there, so i went back to reception and asked for a solution. the guy went out like 5 minutes and came back to tell me that they have another room but that something in the bathroom was broken and they could not give me this one till they fix it. and if they could not fix it, that they were going to give me a refund and help me book another Hotel at 2:30 AM. time passed by and finally on 2:55 i could go to the room. they offer me as a apology breakfast and late checkout but since i was going to keep traveling on the next day i just wanted to get my sleep and i lose 2 hours because of the bad service that they offer me... A SHAME, the hotel looked really fancy and the prices were high (38$ for breakfast) but i had a really bad experience and will never go back there.
