This is one of the best places I have stayed - while not brand new, the apartment was beautiful and welcoming. Great front desk. Get the ocean view… so good!!

Great place perfect for longer stays as well with the kitchens in the room. Very spacious, could have a little more attention to cleanliness but definitely nothing to really worry about. The door handle for the bathroom was broken and it took me ages to get out lol.

We have stayed here numerous times in the past,we paid extra for an Ocean view apartment and was given a unit on the first floor, unit was very run down, extremely old TV, there was mould on the bathroom, Fridge Freezer was dirty, and the overall condition was just really run down, this was a very disappointing stay given our previous stays have been excellent.

It is so beautiful here...was supposed to stay 1 night but loved it so so much we booked and extra 2 nights. Its so clean and well maintained staff are lovely. Great for kids its the best

Our bathroom was problematic. Very moldy in the grout of shower, floor and door jam. No extractor fan is a problem with the steam from the shower making it annoying for multiple users. The shower head itself needed repairs and sprayed water everywhere. The bathroom fixtures are corroded and need replacing. The dryer and washing machine were old and rusted. No bed head, made for awkward pillow placement. The hotel itself is pretty run down and unclean in the communal areas, carpet is fraying in the hallways and the lifts always had rubbish in them. The location is great for kids. But it is very noisy. I expected more for the price per room. Would not stay here again.

The property staff were excellent, location is convenient & central but property is definitely not 4 stars. The rooms are average and suitable for a short stay. The bathroom is dated and deteriorating.

Building and rooms very dated and in need of a good clean. Pool was filthy and needs attention. Apartments have everything you need and 2 bedroom was a great size. Fantastic location and nice view. Free parking is a bonus.

Great choice
Excellent location right behind the beachside strip of shops. My unit was beach facing with a view of the water. 1 minute walk to restaurants and cafes. Bathroom needed a refurb but this was not a big deal. Staff were lovely. Free parking for 1 car in secure level of council car park below units. Highly recommended

Really good location, everything in walking distance, pool was great for a quick dip to cool down. Parking was convenient and close to room location. Room was very clean and a great size, had everything i needed.

Kayla, the receptionist went out of her way, beyond the call of duty. We were running late, but she waited for us to arrive. We asked Kayla for extra towels and toilet tissue; no trouble we got them. The Nesuto is very conveniently located to shopping and dining. We would stay again.

Disappointed that my booking was misleading regarding the bed situation. If you are booking know that a large twin bed equals a small single bed . I booked for 5 only to find 3 beds made up. When I called to enquire after a late arrival, I was told that there should be a fold out couch and I would find sheeting and blankets in one of the cupboards in the the rooms. I expected more

A great place to stay for a night, a week, or longer. Check-in was quick, smooth and friendly, the room was spacious and clean with great views over the Entrance. We have stayed here before and will be back again.

Despite the unit being outdated and in need of repairs it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good location easy parking. Upon entering unit was greeted by an odd odour. In need of repair. Old furnishings, bathroom vanity was falling apart. No extraction fan in bathroom. Light fixtures need fixing. Only stayed overnight so did not care but would not stay for longer.
