The house exceeded all of my expectations from check in to check out. The house is located in front of a church and in a quite neighborhood. Also, Publix and Walmart is nearby for shopping.

Location is roughly 15 minutes from the stadium without highway travel so it’s easy to avoid traffic! Plenty to do nearby as well. About 15 minutes from TPA. The house was beautiful. Very clean, and the host were more than responsive to questions! 10/10 stay, would recommend!

We got to Tampa on the day Hurricane Helene hit. We decided to stay in Orlando for a few days then come back to Tampa. Although we only spent 1 of our 4 nights here, our stay was amazing. Everything was clean, the beds felt amazing, and I can’t say enough about the primary bathroom. When we decide to come back, we won’t hesitate to book here again.

We travelled to Tampa to see our daughter who is attending USF and join friends at the football game. Everything at the house was wonderful. We met a neighbor and felt totally at home. There was nothing more we could ask for. The house was beautiful, well stocked and well taken care of. Any questions we had were quickly answered. We will definitely be back!! Thank you!!

A beautiful house indoor and out conveniently located near everything in Tampa. The three spacious bedrooms were just right for our stay. The master bathroom soaking tub is a perfect way to wind down the day. My family enjoyed the spacious open living area. The house has all the amenities needed. Communication from owner was immediate and responsive. If we are ever in the Tampa area again, I would definitely book! Thank you to our hosts for a memorable family vacation.

If you're looking for a place to stay in Tampa, look no further. Stop! This is the one. Peacefully and tranquil. The ownwers reapond in a timely matter when you send a message and are very helpful. My family will be back. Oh and that shower in the master Lord have Mercy! It's truly the Sunshine Bungalow! 10 plus stars!!!

The house was extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen had the necessities to cook. The beds were great. Great location for Busch Gardens. It is close to the highway, but traffic noise was not bad. The neighborhood was okay with a church and child care center in front of the house. Would stay again if in Tampa. Plenty of space for up to 6 people.

The house is located in a good location. It's close to many attractions. The area around the house felt safe and welcoming. Our only issue was one of the neighbors had exterior lights on all night. The lights shined in the windows and caused a bit of difficulty. We did not raise this with the owner of the VRBO.

Came to visit our granddaughter at UT. We enjoyed the home but did wish it had a few more kitchen supplies. The road construction was not easy to deal with at times.The outside of the property definitely needs some TCL. The inside decorations made the stay very comfortable. it’s a great place for families.

Very economical property in perfect location for us to visit Busch Gardens, all sites in downtown Tampa. Also drove to St Pete. Quick drive to airport. Excellent communication with owner. Clean, plenty of hot water, beds very comfortable. Shower toiletries, laundry and dish soap, beach towels provided. We cooked our own meals and cookware worked out great. Neighborhood is safe and Starbucks is a short walk. Would recommend!
