I understood that this was a budget option but this was next level. The room smelt of smoke, taps were broken, no remote for the aircon and instead of turn down service we got a note saying they couldn't clean the room because we had personal items in the room, we had our clothes in the room on our bags. The bed was nice though

Did not like sharing the room with cockroaches. Had to ask for the room to be serviced, twice. TV was poor reception could not watch TV. Air conditioner was not working properly.

The day we checked in was a 45 degree day.....so when we got the to room .....they had the aircon already going .....so the room was cool as a cucumber!! 👍.....the bed was very very comfortable..... customer service was good....friendly staff.....no microwave in the room tho to reheat left overs from lasts night's tea...that was a bummer

The lady from new Zealand gave us the most warming & welcoming made checking in a breeze & ive been living in motels the last month & this is one of the best for price range.showers were good apart from a minor leak on bottom seal.Beds were ok could upgrade but still passable for a good night sleep

The services from staff was amazing they were really welcoming and friendly and I was greeted with a warm smile each time a staff member saw me. I requested a hairdryer and there was no issue. Pre-check in went smoothly and to check out was super quick i just popped the door cards in the box in reception. The room was clean and neat and my privacy was respected, if I didn’t want to be disturbed they respected that I had really restful sleep in a dark and quiet room, I highly recommend this hotel.

We had room 01. It was a family room, nice and spacious. It was clean and the beds were comfy. However, the noise ruined our stay. We had the busy road noise from out the window. The noisy guests and children running up and down the hallway stairs, and then the worst of it all, the noise from the patrons at the pub downstairs. That kept me awake until midnight. I wouldn't stay here again, because of the noise issue's.

I found my room to be very comfortable and clean. The bed was amazing and the ensuite was clean and newly renovated. Only gripe I had was that I had to lug my bags up stairs (no lift) and there was no clear window to see out of in my room. (Frosted glass)

Great value for basic but comfy, clean and modern lodgings. Downstairs bar full of character and easy for a casual meal. Walls a bit thin and floors a bit creaky in places but overall very satisfied, thanks.

I can assure you that while there was management on site everything possible was done to keep the noise down when we were notified about it. We have addressed the play area with our cleaning team.
