La gente del lobby súper amable y esta muy bien comunicado, tiene un metro al lado y es súper fácil llegar a todos lados. El cuarto esta muy bien.

Very accommodating and friendly staff. Easy access to trains; wonderful neighborhood restaurants. Potts Point has some sketchy spots but I never felt unsafe. I would return to stay at the indigo again

The room was clean but average. No great tv options like Netflix. No pool, spa etc but has a gym. I think for the price there are better options in the area. Location is good.

This is a groovy hotel that has been done up in keeping with the location of Kings Cross. It is not a 5 star hotel and I don't think that's what they're trying to be but it has a very nice feel to it, staff are super friendly and helpful. Beds are clean and comfortable, we had a suite so plenty of space, big spacious bathroom. Great location to explore all the cool eateries, cafes and bars in Potts Point, a lovely walk to the city and Botanical Gardens, Woolloomoloo etc. We are Sydney residents just having a weekend in the city and it was perfect. The little cafe in the lobby does great coffee and an excellent bacon and egg roll. I would definitely recommend the Indigo for business or pleasure.

Hi Drew, We sent a message to your booking agent on the 7th and the 10th of March via Expedia to advise of the sudden hotel closure and offer the option to relocate to the Kimpton Margot Sydney with no additional cost. I sincerely apologise on behalf of your agent that they did not relay this information to you ahead of your trip. Nevertheless, we hope you enjoyed your stay at the upgraded 5 star hotel- it is a wonderful property!

Location is great. On hotel.com the pictures indicated I was getting a balcony but was disappointed to be told Superior rooms do not come with balcony Room was not cleaned properly but otherwise a decent place to stay

Oca did a great job of making up my room. The T2 teabags and Hunter toiletries are really appreciated. I liked having a robe and slippers. The beds are as comfortable as the Four Seasons in Sydney. The hotel is really close to Kings Cross Station so a handy place to commute all over the city from. I liked having the blinds and curtains to keep the light out. The area in the foyer was really handy as a place to work from after checking out. The reception and cleaning staff were very friendly. I felt safe as a female solo traveler. I'll be back here next time I'm in Sydney.

I’ve stayed here many times as it’s a very convenient location, great staff, and supe comfortable beds - I always wake up very relaxed and can make a nice pod coffee before I start my day.

Not worth the money
Friendly staff and good service. Location is close to train station. There is no on-prem restaurant/gym or other standard facilities you would expect. Room is OK size but the bathroom is disappointingly small. No hand held shower rose, no switch to control exhaustion fan. The curtain is stuck, and no TV set top box as the TV menu says. The bed however is very comfortable. Cleaning is problem because the dirt and hair from last night still remain on the carpet & bathroom floor. The most annoying thing is the air con noise which is like ages old machine powered on periodically. Even a motel A/C can be quieter than this. This place is good for short stay and sleep only (if don't care about the A/C noise). Nothing to enjoy at the hotel unfortunately. For the price of single night, I would get other 5 star hotels next time to be honest.

My number one selection to stay when passing through Sydney. Great central location for getting around without having to be in the CBD. Excellent facilities and staff top off this perfect choice.

Decent location but some minor maintenance issues
Hotel was in a pretty good location, not centr but then not too far from the harbour area. Generally the hotel was clean and tidy but lacked a bit of maintenance with some minor issues with the room.

Midnight noise which felt very unsafe and went on for hours . No security nor manager on site . Lots of items broken in the room ( phone , door to bathroom ) . The place looked run down and does not reflect the premium price . The only up is the lovely cafe Frankie’s opposite the place…

The hotel itself was very pleasant but they didn’t honour the food and beverage credit. We were unimpressed by the attitude of the front desk when we asked how we could use this credit; they didn’t know and they simply didn’t care.
