Thank you for your review ,our shared bathrooms are within Australian standards and are cleaned regularly ,private internal bathrooms ,En-Suites are available a slightly higher rate inc air-con ,fans are in all other rooms ,we have 3 floor in the premises ,with no lift as mentioned in property description ,bed and pillows are also checked, luggage assistance is also available we will be checking your complaint regarding that mater, The Management

Hi there, thank you for staying with us. Free Wifi is available for our guest when they're staying with us. If you don't know how to access the free WIFI, you are more than welcome to ask our front of staff. Our cleaners work really hard to clean the rooms, kitchen and bathrooms every day. If you have problem with your room when you check in, again you are more than welcome to speak to our front of staff. Regarding your comment on our room has no wardrobe and too noisy, please understand that our establishment is a boutique hotel located between Potts Point and Kingscross area which we are right next to the CBD area, the surrounding would be noisy compare to regional areas. Our prices are among the lowest range in the Sydney CBD so instead of wardrobe, we have a clothes rack for our rooms. Thank you.
