On the 11th March I booked a twin room for 2 people for the 18th April leaving 18th April. When i received my itinerary it had the 11th of March booked. I contacted CKS immediately by ph & message and they replied that I need to let Expedia know so dates Can be changed. I did i was told the issue was put forward and I will be updated. It is now Monday 18th March & no reply from Expedia, but they took my money quick fast. I'm wondering if When filling out bookings & they ask would you like insurance and you put No they then throw the bookings out to make you look like you made the mistake and have to pay more 🤔 I've been trying to contact since 11th!! I will give Expedia a bad wrap absolutely and won't use them again i will also ring the hotel and complain about the whole dam booking to see if they made money for jam from me!! Actually think i will take to Facebook or tiktok maybe I will get a little attention. All I wanted from the beginning was to be treated fairly
