Te engañan con las fotos cuando reservas, estas no corresponden a las habitaciones. El lugar huele mal. Le falta limpieza

Estimado Lin, lamento que las fotos en el sitio web de reservas no coincidan con su habitación. Tenemos múltiples tipos de habitaciones en nuestro hotel. Sharp springs sticking out of the matress Stains on carpets and chairs. Marks on walls. Misleading on website as to conditions. Iwould not not stay there again if you payed me to. Dreadful experience...

This is a budget hotel close to the airport and serves a purpose. It could do with a coat of paint in the hallways and some maintenance but the staff are friendly and good service. It suited us as we arrived at 9pm and were leaving the next morning. The price was good.

On the 11th March I booked a twin room for 2 people for the 18th April leaving 18th April. When i received my itinerary it had the 11th of March booked. I contacted CKS immediately by ph & message and they replied that I need to let Expedia know so dates Can be changed. I did i was told the issue was put forward and I will be updated. It is now Monday 18th March & no reply from Expedia, but they took my money quick fast. I'm wondering if When filling out bookings & they ask would you like insurance and you put No they then throw the bookings out to make you look like you made the mistake and have to pay more 🤔 I've been trying to contact since 11th!! I will give Expedia a bad wrap absolutely and won't use them again i will also ring the hotel and complain about the whole dam booking to see if they made money for jam from me!! Actually think i will take to Facebook or tiktok maybe I will get a little attention. All I wanted from the beginning was to be treated fairly

This was not the best value. The property needs some renovations. Their breakfast was totally overpriced, carpets and painting seriously need to be done. The best part was being close to the airport.

It was a nice hotel to stay at and the staff was very nice when requested to hold onto my luggage before check in time as a solo traveller. However I booked 10 months in advance and I was given a handicap room (I did not ask for a handicap room). Shower was extremely uncomfortable as I had to kneel on the ground for it and then the water went everywhere as it was a very poorly made spot for a shower with nothing stopping the water from staying near the drain (I understand it’s a handicap room but still not sure how anyone could’ve showered properly plus a broken shower handle doesn’t help). Luckily it was for only one night.
