Graduation celebration

This property and house is well maintained, clean, and fully furnished. The dock is perfect for spending the day outside and playing in the water. The covered portion of the dock has plenty of room and seating for a group of 10. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book again in the future!

Beautiful Lake View

My family and I stayed here for a wedding on the other side of the Lake. We really enjoyed the house, it was big enough for the whole family and had an amazing back yard. Sitting out on the dock made time fly by! We loved our stay. Host is responsive. Neighbor on adjacent property helpful and friendly as well!

Comfortable lake getaway

The house is comfortable and well stocked. The grass hadn't been cut in quite a while. 4 out of 8 of us fell down the stairs going up to the 2nd floor. Need some improvement!!

Great spot

Me and my family 9 of us total absolutely loved this place. The house had plenty of room for all of us and it was stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and even toys on the back porch for the kids. The dock was great for laying out, fishing or just enjoying the beauty of the lake. We had such a great time we’ve already booked it for next summer.

Amazing, beautiful, charming and large house - perfect for a memorable family gathering

The house is full of charm but with a modern, well equipped kitchen - plenty of comfortable beds and sitting spots - the lake views are amazing and dock space is also great for sitting and watching sunrise and set - we will be back!

If hope heaven has a place like this

Just absolute tranquility. Myself and two other co-workers opted to get a VRBO near Camp Blanding instead of staying in Starke or other hotels that were over 20 miles away. Upon arrival you can only have one reaction, "Wow, this is freaking awesome" The house has this inviting feeling of "home". You walk around the wood floors through the kitchen, family room, and bedrooms and it's just relaxing. Then you walk out to the Florida Patio for your coffee in the morning, it's just a great way to start your day. Take a trip down to the dock in the evening, through a line in the water, sip your drink, and watch the sunset is a perfect night cap. No matter what you are doing, you are doing it in peace. The property manager could not have been a nicer person to work with. Just so nice via call and text, that was a real pleasure. There are kayaks available for use to get out onto the lake, though we simply did not have time. Internally my co-workers have agreed, we will only stay at this property if we have to come back to Camp Blanding again. Thank you for the opportunity to stay here!

We haven t been back to this property in over 12 years, and were really looking forward to it..so right out of the box , even though I was informed barely a week out from our arrival, there was a 'little' bit of work being done on the house..OMG..the front of the house, the main view to the lake, where the porch is was two units of scaffolding, TV didn t work right and then had some other issues..ReallY The property mamngaer did her best to keep things in check, but our group as myself wondered how the hell do you in good faith rent a property under renovation?? and of course how do you change your plans..I ust thought it was a bit under-handed of you guys and the owner, and really think Im owed some compensation..

DONT RENT THIS HOUSE!!!!! VRBO take them off your rental process ASAP!

We have rented Kingsley for 30 years and this by far is the worst house/experience on the lake! We had no ice bc the ice maker broker, the grill was nasty and a didn’t work at all, the Directv never worked and they turned the power out for 2hrs while we were there. Also the owner is not onsite so they have a property manager onsite who is clueless! We paid the most $ on the lake and had 8 people with 3 cars and construction workers working on the house 8AM all day. The owner is a snake and told us the house was being renovated AFTER she took our money. Not at the beginning of the rental process! We have used VRBO and never had this awful experience…I have pics of the nasty bathroom and uncleanliness through out the house. Again Do NOT rent this house! It’s the worse! VRBO appease take them OFF your rental process so you don’t lose repeat customer!

We have stayed at this lake house multiple times over the years when it was rented by owner.

This is a Great Lake house! The dock is the perfect combination of shade and sun, perfect for little children on the beach area. The house is old, but clean, plenty of room for everyone comfortably. The mattresses are not very comfortable, but it’s fine for a short stay. The bedroom downstairs had a broken bed, broken bedside table that was taped together and a rather large hole in the headboard that we noticed on the last day, because we didn’t use that bedroom. Perfect downtime, water was lovely and the kids enjoyed watching the drills with the army across the lake. Fun was had by all, we would definitely love to stay there again.

Great Lake!

Had a wonderful time on the lake for Labor Day weekend. Clear water and a huge dock to dock our rented boat. We also met the neighbors on property and they are just lovely! The house is definitely older so keep that in mind. Recommend replacing pillows and bedspreads. Kids had a great time!
