Clean, close by and a lot of extras to utilize

We loved how spacious this was for our large family. It is walking distance to the beach and various stores, ice cream, and Starbucks. Only a mile or so from the downtown strip. All of the extra touches like cooler, pool toys, beach chairs, plus not having to deal with the bedding at the end, was nice. It was very clean, well laid out for Kroger groups to have space, and if you don’t want to do the stairs you can use the elevator. We would highly recommend this property.

Amazing 10 Days

We had such a good time staying here. We had two families (9 people) and it did not feel crowded, there was so much space. The property is lovely and modern and we would 100% come back here again. Communication with Ken and Ellen was the best I have had from a host and could not fault them for anything.

A wonderful family stay

We loved the vrbo. It was clean, close to beach and a few attractions, and had lots of fun stuff for the kids. Our only recommendation is to update the couch in living room as it was very uncomfortable and we kept falling into the large gaps. Overall, it was wonderful and we would stay again.

Fantastic location! Quiet neighborhood but a 5-10 minute walk to Pier 60. Fished every day off the dock. Beautiful views of the intercoastal waterway.

FANTASTIC VRBO!!’

Our two families, each with 5 people (4 adults and 6 kids) had TONS of room/rooms to enjoy our trip, and not be on top of each other the whole time. This is absolutely a 5 stars VRBO listing. The house has ALL the amenities - large bedrooms, full kitchen, porch, heated pool, game room, garage… and the top of the roof overlooking the peaceful inlet with a grill, fire pit and corn hole… made this a masterpiece. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!! Neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and it’s less than a 5 min walk to the beach. Our families (kids too) thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Home, Great Location

This place is tremendous, lots of room for a big family. Rooftop is great, loved the game room. Location is perfect, only a short walk to the beach and the middle of town, but also quiet in the immediate area. And a water view is always nice!

This property fit our family perfectly. My husband is facing back surgery soon, so the elevator was a great help. The bicycles were really a big plus since my teenage grandsons put them to good use. The kitchen had all the utensils and pans, so we were able to make breakfast and lunch there. We all 8 had our own space and enjoyed playing games together at night. Thank you for a wonderful time. We went to the beach every day and enjoyed playing volleyball and passing football. We even managed to play a game of putt putt golf one evening.

Clearwater Gem

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. We had seven adults, and it was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The elevator was a blessing when bringing our suitcases and groceries in. The location was perfect! The beach, many restaurants and shops are within walking distance which we really enjoyed. We would definitely rent this property again!

Great fun

We loved the space. Very roomie for 2 families. Clean. We stayed during July 4th week and watching fireworks from the roof top terrace was awesome. No real complaints about this condo/townhome b/c we had such a great time. Walking distance to beach and so many restaurants and shopping. Loved Loved Loved this place. Would love to return.

Great vacation

Awesome townhome in great location. Beach and restaurants within walking distance. Great layout for a family with bedrooms split between two floors and elevator to use between all floors. We enjoyed the pool, roof deck and balconies. Kitchen was well stocked. During our stay in Clearwater we had powerful afternoon thunderstorms that tipped over and broke the umbrella, The owner replaced the umbrella without any charge to us. We also had multiple packages that were delivered during our stay that were left in the community mailbox, the owner personally delivered them to us. Thank you again for allowing us to stay at your beautiful townhome by the beach. We will certainly come here again!

Senior spring break trip

3 families rented this unit for our sons’ Senior spring break and had a great time! The 3 boys (ages 17, 18, & 18) stayed in the garage-level bedroom/game room while the parents drew straws for the remaining 3 bedrooms. We were easily within walking distance to the beach using the access through Surf Style & spent each day there. All of the best beach bars & restaurants are within walking distance too! Every night we all gathered on the roof top for a fire and drinks. Best vacation we could’ve asked for!

Perfect for our family

The condo was perfect for the eight of us, including two small children. Access to the pool was wonderful. The rooftop patio was a bonus. We enjoyed the location, near the beach but away from the crowds and noise. The beach wagon made trips to the beach easy as we could cart beach chairs, sand toys, etc. with ease. Our hosts were responsive and both check in and check out directions were clear.

Perfect location!

This place is exactly as described in both the listing and reviews. We didn’t know what to expect as we had never visited Clearwater so we took a chance based off the reviews and we are glad we did. Our 3 teens enjoyed riding bikes to Starbucks and shops and we loved being able to walk to dinner. No rental car needed. We did use a shuttle twice, once to John’s Pass and once to a restaurant that was too far to walk. Shuttle was easy. Walk to beach was easy. All the necessities were provided to make it a seamless trip (we flew). Highly recommend. Will dry be back!
