This townhome is absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not give the hot tub justice, it is huge! The kitchen is well stocked and beautiful. The bedrooms have more comfortable beds than hotels with spacious bathrooms. Thinking about it, the only two issues I had the entire time was that I wish the rules hadn’t said to not set the A/C lower than 72 (even at night) and that the sink’s water pressure is not ideal for cleaning. However, there are ceiling fans in several bedrooms and the dishwasher makes up for the sink. On top of the luxury of the actual townhome, the property managers are very understanding, good communicators, and available for questions before and during your stay. The check-in process is seamless and we were able to request an early check in for free! Also, there is a public beach access right across the street. It was closed while we stayed, due to a turtle’s nest needing protection, but another one is down the block a few minutes. Truly, an amazing experience!!!

This place was beautiful, clean, and had plenty of room for my group of 12. The only complaint I had was that one of the bedrooms was always very warm and almost unbearable to sleep in at night. The property manager promptly got someone out there to look at it but he basically told us he didn't see any issues and left. The room was noticeably warmer than the rest of the house. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Beautiful house and location was only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Everything was clean and well maintained, but there is quite a lot of steps even to access the living area from the garage. The listing said the elevator could be activated if requested, but we were told it had been permanently de-activated. Five stars except for that.

I highly recommend this location in Redington Beach, Florida !! The Tarpon Cottage was absolutely beautiful, comfortable , so much room to spread out & enjoy your stay! My family and I visited a few weeks back for my sons 23rd birthday .We had such a wonderful time making new great memories. Definitely will have to do again !!!

This house is definitely a favorite place for vacationing. It offers a relaxing stay with beautiful decor. From the large hot tub, to ping pong, or playing a card game, we always found something to do. Our only concerns included the window to the upstairs balcony in the bedroom and the upstair hall bathroom being loud. Overall everything was great and we would love to stay at this house, or one similar, in the future!

Everything at the property was amazing. Better than the listing gives it credit for. The bedrooms and bathrooms were amazing and the kitchen had everything you could need. The style of decor was in our wheelhouse as well which helped. Only thing worth noting is to make sure to request the hottub be heated up prior to arriving. We couldn't use the hottub the first night as it was cold on "sleep mode" upon arrival.

This property is outstanding, it is a very nice size for several guests, we had 8 family members and never felt cramped. The location is perfect, a very short walk to the beach. The house is stocked with beach towels and other beach items. It is a short walk to two restaurants that I highly recommend, Sweet Sage Cafe for breakfast and Conch Republic for dinner. One thing to note there is a full flight of stairs from the front door to the main floor of the house. If you are traveling with elder folks you will want to notify the management company so they can enable the elevator. Overall this is an outstanding property and we will return on our next trip to the beach!

This spacious home is uber comfy and beautifully decorated.. many pluses including a short walk across the street to the Gulf of Mexico! 2 Masters (1 up) and 2 additional bedrooms along with a den upstairs with a sofa sleeper and trundles in the BR with twins. All well cared for! Stacey was our manager and she was wonderful!! Helpful in all regards. The price was consistent with the quality. We'll be back!

Everything as far as stay concern is excellent except everyone in our group missed ceiling fan in bedrooms and dining. It was very hot weather and AC especially on the top level was very slow and some areas were not cooling at all. It gives more pleasure with more air cerculations.

House was one block off the beach - less than a 5 minute walk. Park for young children was right down the street. House had pretty much everything you would need in the kitchen, bedrooms/bathrooms were nice. Fairly new construction. I wish there were ceiling fans in the bedrooms as it tended to get a bit stuffy at night with the door closed and one of the twin beds was broken. Other than that, great place to stay and I would definitely rent again.

Spent 5 days here with family. The house is more beautiful than we imagined. Stocked kitchen, perfect for cooking! So roomy and cozy and CLEAN! Loved loved loved this place.
